This is a great value for the price! I have a decent sized living room and I installed the 2 satellite speakers and the subwoofer behind the couch on shelves and it sounds great. I thought no remote would be a problem but it works great. I would definitely buy again

VIZIO !!!!!
I’ll just start the review by saying VIZIO is for the people. We did receive a setup with missing anchors for the surround speakers but we purchased some other ones on Amazon too. This surround system sounds incredible for our living room. We made sure to purchase a certified HDMI 2.1 cable to connect into our TV. We confirmed we have a eARC HDMI port on our TV that was compatible with the connection on the soundbar. We also adjusted the TV sound settings to communicate with the soundbar and changed audio from PCM to Bitstream. Made adjustments to the center channel and surround speakers in the VIZIO app and it sounds incredible now. These soundbars are going for $300-$1,000 and we got a great setup in our living room for less than $200. There’s going to be lots of calibration and troubleshooting involved to get this setup working to the max potential but once it’s done it sounds so incredibly amazing. Thank you VIZIO.

Wasnt expecting much and got ALOT
Well worth the money, im somewhat of an audio snob my primary home theater 7.2 with all the bells and whistles i paid thousands. $900 for just one of the subs 😆. I have to say this vizio sounds great for less than $200. The timbre match is superb. I wasnt even planning on using the surround speakers but boy do they sound “goot” and that little sub if you place it correctly it sounds like a 10in mid level sub. This is making me feel like I wasted my money on my primary treater. Ima buy another vizio, ima get the higher end one to see what it do 😆. Im impressed and I have it connected straight to the tv, you dont even need a receiver, I could only imagine if I had it hooked up to an AV receiver.

Great sound – eARC only so make sure it works for your setup
Sounds great. Be warned eARC only so I wasn’t able to get it to work with a computer. If connected to a TV works great, or you can use Bluetooth. Has a few milliseconds lag in BT mode.

Noise gate issues. Worthless.
Sounds good when it works but has a fatal, unfixed flaw. Messed up noise gate. There is no fix – any quiet media will drop audio completely, and when sounds resume, the sound bar is late to resume playing audio. For instance, listening to someone speak without background music, you will ALWAYS lose the first word or two of every spoken sentence. It’s genuinely awful. Don’t waste your money.
