Excellent variety of pc games
I can highly recommend this collection of at least 25 full versions of excellent pc games all playable on a basic laptop. It is amazing value for the money if only for a handful of the games alone. I like the fact that you can choose the games individually to install as you want them. It was worth getting for me for Heroes of Hellas alone which is a great game. I was so delighted with the quality of the games on the disc that I immediately ordered Play Volume 2 which comes as 3 discs with a total of 25 full version games. Again an excellent selection of games which would cost a great deal more if purchased individually. Again you can choose which you want to install when you put the disc in. If you have a netbook then install through an external DVD drive. I have put some on a netbook others on a laptop. They are not demanding of system requirements so everyone should be able to install them. They use very little hard drive space. They are all best selling recent casual games too many to list but all well known good games and great variety – I can highly recommend both Volumes dozens of amazing games that everyone can ENJOY! and I am!!! Casual Play
This is definatly an ultimate collection of games. If you want to hunt for hidden objects,or run your own farm or fast food sandwich shop or even if you have an urge to race the clock in a grociery store or on the beach it’s all here. And it’s a great way to spend a lazy day in doors.

Fantastic value for casual games
This box set comprises two CDs, containing 24 games plus some 1 hour demos. If you like casual games, then this a great bargain collection. All the games are suitable for children, or for adults (like me) that like like simple games and not too much of a challenge.There is a good mix of hidden object, time management, match 3, and adventure/platform games. My favorites so far are Alex Gordon, Heroes of Hellas, Magic Encyclopedia, and I have a soft spot for Jigsaw World.These aren’t brand new, trendy games. But if you like these genres then you’ll be able to find at least a few games that really work for you, and the rest are just a bonus. Highly recommended.I haven’t tried the 1 hour demos.

Not all the games work
I think I would really love this collection of games, if they all worked and if they didn’t occasionally crash my computer. Several of the games are not operational. Some I don’t find all that fun (but that’s just my personal preference and not the game-maker’s fault.)The ones I have come to like the most so far are Heros of Hellas and the Curse of Montezuma. Those are fun and keep my interest and are definitely challenging. Some of the levels take me days to get through and it’s a huge thrill when I do! I’m not sure who created the compilation of all the games in the collection, but it seems like it was sort of a half-a**ed job. I’m enjoying some of the game a lot, but we have had a lot of frustration with the antivirus blocking the games. And sometimes when I open a game it will come up and close out immediately, and you have to re-open the game. That happens pretty much daily. For the price thought, I’m fairly pleased with it. It was worth $7 for the two games I really enjoy.

Read Labels Carefully and Know your Computer
I was disappointed to receive this as a gift and then to have to return it. I did not know there was a difference between a CD-ROM and DVD-ROM and did not know I had to look on the package to determine which it was. Apparently I only have a CD-ROM drive and these were DVD-ROM games. I’m sure the games are great but I couldn’t load them into my computer.

I never had a chance to really use it because you have to load one game at a time and you don’t really know what the game is about. Too much time involved in trying to use it. Not Amazon’s fault so I just gave it away to someone with time to waste.

Worth Every Dollar
There are 25 games in all, and definitly something for everyone. Me and my husband and son have all been enjoying the variety of games on the two discs included with this. There are simulations (my favorite), puzzle games and action/adventure type games. Even if you don’t like all the games, its still worth it as you will probably like enough to make it worth it! I wish there were more collections available on here, I spend way too much buying individual downloads on Amazon! This will keep me busy for awhile.
