This case vs defender pro
After having the defender pro / defender with lines on back. I’d say this defender XT is lighter, thinner & less bulkly. The difference is you get more protection on the defender pro because with the pro, you get a full shell casing that is a front and back piece that clips to together to cover the phone then you wrap the rubber shell around it. On this XT it only comes with a front casing piece. It’s essentially like a regular case that you insert a front bumper into for front of phone protection in other words take an otter box commuter and add a front casing attachment you have this case. Unlike the pro case this case has no vibrate switch cover but there is still a charging port cover. Great slim protective case, good value for the money, you can’t find many brands that still add a charging port cover on there cases.

I love the protection that the Defender series comes with. So, I love that Otterbox finally came out with a cutesy Defender case. Otterbox has greatly lacked cute colors in their defender cases since the beginning. This case does NOT look like the ad picture, tho. It’s more of a pink-purple mauve BUT it looks great with the pink 15 plus, imo.
