Pelican Shield cases are really hard to get on and off, but not the Ballistic Glass.
This Ballistic Glass cover for my IPhone 16 Pro Max is one of the best I have used, but it does crack. I edge dropped my phone and the shield did what it is supposed to do, which was to keep the IPhone glass from breaking. But it sacrificed its self to save it.The tools are good, the install easy, and it i forgiving if you don’t get it right or have bubbles. It provides the accessories needed, and it is high quality. I will buy it again as I on my second from my pack of three.

So far so good with the quality and fit of the screen protector on 17 PM! We shall see how it holds up over time. The installation tray is not fool proof as my first screen protector was slightly off center causing me to use a second. Three were included in the box as described and the second went on with no issue. Immediate bubbles after placement but easily pressed out with my thumbs by applying a decent amount of pressure. I used the included tool to smooth the edges and let the phone sit over night before I put my case over top. There are definitely comparable and maybe cheaper options with easier installation but no regrets due to the value and quality provided!

UPDATE 12/1/25Since my initial review, I’ve had 3 screen covers break. In one case, I dropped the phone, but it landed on it’s back. Nonetheless, the screen still broke. The other 2 times, I just looked down one day and saw several very fine cracks. I hadn’t dropped it so I am not sure of the cause.=============================================================================================ORIGINAL REVIEWThis is a very robust screen protector. I received it late afternoon and immediately installed one of them. The process is clearly explained in the instructions. The kit includes a wet wipe to clean the phone screen, a sticky backed dust remover that you stick and remove across the phone to remove any dust that settles after using the wet wipe and finally the screen protector. As the instructions say, be VERY careful when removing the cover over the adhesive. When placing the protector on your phone, touch only the edge and be sure to hold the alignment piece in place as it is easily moved. I initially did not get aligned correctly, but was able to remove it and reinstall it.There will be bubbles, but start from the center and press them out with your fingers first. Then use the plastic tool provided to push them to the closest edge. Once done, you can’t even tell there is a screen protector attached.BTW – there is no loss of sensitivity when trying to access phone apps through this screen protector.Three wet wipes, dust removers and screen protectors come with this item.I definitely recommend this and will order more if I go through the two spares I have.

Does everything it says on package! Might stop kids wrecking something for a bit??

Having previously worked in a phone shop I’m quite experienced at putting on screen protectors. These screen protectors from UNBREAKcable are quite impressive and they provide everything you need to ensure a good fit without bubbles. You receive 3 in a pack as well as some extras to fit them properly. They come with a microfiber pad, wipes, a plastic de-bubble tool and anti-rust stickers.Fitting these is always a pain, regardless of how much you spend. The key to making sure you have no bubbles when fitted is to have the iPhone screen as clean as possible and dust free. The microfiber cloth and wipes get rid of most of the grease and oils and remove most of the dust. The anti-dust stickers can then be used to spot remove any tiny specs of dust leftover. It’s really important to remove all dust before fitting as every piece of dust will leave a bubble if not removed. When clean, you can line up the screen protector and drop on, the plastic tool can then be used to spread out the screen protector and push out the air from underneath. I did end up using two screen protectors as I made a mess of the first one; good job they give three in the pack.The screen protector is surprisingly thick, offering good impact and scratch protection. Despite the thickness I didn’t notice any reduction in touch responsiveness of the iPhone or any reduction in screen clarity. The product is designed for the iPhone 16e and has been manufactured to allow gaps on the earpiece and everything lines up perfectly with the screen. Cannot comment on durability just yet as I haven’t had it long enough but my impression from the product quality is that this will stay on for at least a year before replacement as a minimum.Overall I’m very happy with this product and it performs better than expected.
