works well using Sims 4
I just got this laptop for Christmas. I am using it for Sims 4 to play, i heard its not a high-end game laptop. i did read that it would work fine for the Sims though. so far i was using it for 2 days and everything worked speedy and big screen with great graphics! you can add more storage if needed.the one thing I thought negative is the battery life when you play your games goes low fast. i kept mine plugged in. just make sure it’s on a flat surface. it does get hot fast if not. for the price i spent, i think it’s a pretty good product. I love its USA assembled and ready to go as soon as you open it. the setup was not hard at all. overall, for the price you pay it goes over and beyond.

Good quality, super fast and cute!
I LOVE this laptop. I use it for work and for my small online store. It is super fast, handles all the tabs I have open and multiple apps. I have a pc for gaming so haven’t used it for that but might when I travel. It’s not noisy at all and it doesn’t get too hot. It was super easy to set up and is great quality. Fits perfectly in my bag.

Not a gaming laptop (but still very good)
Let me start off by saying this is NOT a gaming computer. It has a ryzen 680m igpu which is insufficient for any high end game although you can add vram to slightly boost performance. However, the laptop itself was amazing quality and very good for school, work, and multitasking and it’s outstanding bang for your buck

Very good laptop so far
17″ Rose gold with 1TB:Very good purchase so far. Nice rose gold color, bright screen, not very heavy. Turns on fast after setup. Good built in speakers. So far works fast, not glitchy. Gets hot underneath will need a cooling pad. Touchpad needs some getting used to. Still testing all features. Will update accordingly.

This is a great laptop for the price. idk why it only has a 4.3. It should be higher. You’ll be hard pressed to find better specs for anywhere near this price. I didn’t receive a discount or get it for free. Full price buyer and it’s legit a great deal.

Absolute junk! and customer service well, they are non existent. This laptop has had nothing but problems from the time I turned it on. It is SLOOOOOOOOOOOW! I mean slower than I could ever describe. I have nearly 300 gb internet and it wont load a webpage under ONE MINUTE! I have tried several browsers, etc, and the same thing. My other laptop and computers and things online HAVE NO PROBLEM… just this thing. It is terrible, and when I tried to tell the seller this is what they sent back in reply:Dear customer,Thanks for your email.Our products only have a 90-day period for return or exchange without reason. Your order was placed on April 5th, which has already passed the return or exchange period. Therefore, we are unable to provide a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.That is all they had to say to my email about the problematic computer, so i literally hired an attorney to sue for my money back and I’ll get it three times back now.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AND DO NOT BUY NEMO PRODUCTS!SCAM!
