I had never really had enough money to get my partner a good enough gift until now. We first ordered a different laptop that wasn’t what it was supposed to be (wrong specs from listing), but then I saw this. This laptop scratched every box for me to get her, decent RAM, a good GFX card, a fast CPU. Also, honestly, Alienware was a dream brand of mine, I still don’t own an Alienware to this day – but I love the design of Alienware systems. Usually though, they are pricy – whereas this one was perfectly within budget.My partner doesn’t use the system enough on battery to really say anything about battery life, but it would seem to be average as to what is expected.The display looks nice and high quality, and it functions as it should. Unlike the other laptop, this one actually is the spec it said it would be!The fans can get a little loud when running super high-demand games, but that is to be expected – mostly it is quiet or I just don’t notice it.

Worth the buy
Really nice machine, solid and built well. A bit on the heavier side, but solid built, screen is good and performance is top notch. Dell software is buggy, but that’s about it. Overall recommend! My only issue is the Intel sticker is stuck crooked , but no FPS loss!

Great for gaming
I love this computer. It gets really hot so you wouldn’t want to leave it in your lap if you are gaming. The battery doesn’t last long if you are gaming so you have to keep it plugged in. I also have had issues with the login pin as it randomly stopped working and won’t let me reset it. Otherwise the computer is great.

I am happy with this laptop. I bought the cooling pad to make sure that I don’t get it too hot. It hasn’t gotten warm. Great laptop for my needs. Love the back lighting on the keyboard. It was easy to set up. Battery has lasted well. I am happy with my purchase.

Not as good as I expected
It has issues with drivers and gets hot quickly. Its performance is good but it got crashed once and got some wzzz sound on the first day when I unplugged from the electricity but after I restarted the laptop it was fine. I’ll keep inspection and let’s see. I hope it’s a good value for money

It’s my first time buying a laptop in Canada. I used to have an Asus K555L, which I used for 10 years. I did a lot of research and compared many laptop models, including trying a MacBook. When I ordered this model, Amazon offered me great benefits, including a monthly payment plan 👌. I love it! I use it with a small fan nearby, and I live in a place close to the backyard too. 😀

I love it so far. Just a casual pc gamer haven’t played anything to crazy yet but fortnite runs amazing on it. Pretty fast in all aspects I dont have any complaints besides battery life but that is kind of to be expected for any laptop .

The machine is good but heavy. I had very little battery life and overheating, which bothered me when working on my lap, so I had to return it.
