Worth It
Very well worth the price! So far so good, no problems and has been running smoothly. (Now I may jinx myself after bragging lol). It took me a bit to get the hang of Windows 11 but it wasn’t hard to learn at all. Has some nice features. 😀

Needed desktop for my father in law. All he needs is a browser. This worked like a charm and was inexpensive.

Constant BSOD
This thing has been blue screening since the first day I powered it on. This is the second refurbished computer I bought from Amazon and the other one failed for bad power supply. I would recommend that if you buy one of these, you don’t buy a standalone version of office like I did until you know it works. Those standalone versions aren’t transferable so you just lose that money. I’m looking at losing it a second time for a refurbished computer from Amazon. Maybe this isn’t the best place to buy them.Update: I tried to contact customer service but nobody answered the phone on the weekend. So I worked on it, on and off, for 2 days. Updating drivers, updating Windows, running DISM commands, check disk, scannow, … And it finally looks like I fixed the problem for them. So the 1 star review remains. I’m not saying don’t buy one, I’m just saying be ready to fix it yourself if you do.

My family got this for me for Christmas to play my games. It’s awesome!Only drawback is i didn’t get a manual. I know all information may be online, but I’d like a “hardcopy”, on hand information.So far so good.

Wifi hit and miss with USB toggle Wifi.
Does NOT include Wifi card but uses Wifi USB toggle instead that works sometimes and sometimes doesn’t. Working less and less as yhe weeks have passed. Be prepared to purchase and install a wifi card.
