Nice,smooth working computer with decent flexibility. Very clean and looks new with good working parts. Did not have DVD player but seller took care of that. Ports as shown. Overall great value to resolve Win11 upgrade.

Other than the missing DVD drive, the PC is great. The PC looks like a new one, it was easy to set up, and performs well. The packaging was excellent, and a keyboard and mouse were included.

CAX30 failed after 18 months
We have had the CAX30 for 18 months. Suddenly, it appears the wifi side loses connection with the router side. Our ISP has been out and checked all connections, run diagnostics, and think wifi side is failing since connection is not lost to the modem from the ISP. I have posed a question to Netgear regarding this particular model and have received no reply. Of course, the warranty was for only 12 months! Do NOT buy this model.

Acceptable Desktop
This desktop satisfied the desired core functionality. However, there were some deficiencies:- the mouse that was included in the delivery was broken- the stated connectivity indicates that there is a USB-C port. The desktop shown in the listing also shows a USB-C port. The desktop received received did not have one.- one of the USB-A ports does not work. I have only tried to use 3 or 4 of the 10 USB-A ports, so I don’t know for sure how many do not work- this one is pretty much on me. The desktop received did not have a VGA video port. Some of these models do, some don’t. I assumed that it would have one, given the vintage. It did not. I had to buy an adapter. Annoying.- the listing showed the desktop to be in Excellent condition. I would give it an Acceptable.

came home today from work, and the computer is completely dead, no power, nothing. Tried a different cord, but it still didn’t work. This computer worked flawlessly, and I have no idea why this happened. Now it’s a door stop, and October 6th was the last day I could do anything about it. I would have given it 5 stars. I really liked the speed and performance, but now I’m at a loss for words and out of a computer.

The thing I liked most about this computer was how fast it works. The one I replaced would take ages to open files, save files and almost everything else. It also was very reasonably priced and is good enough for my purposes.

It came well packed in protective bubble wrap. It did show minor cosmetic evidence of previous use. The Bluetooth and WiFi accessories had the software preinstalled. Thank you. The CPU set up was reasonably straight forward after locating the units manual online. I needed to to purchase a compatible port for my monitor which arrived the next day from Amazon. The unit is up and working. So far so good. Happy with the speed of the CPU and the WiFi àntennae works well. My modem is in another room at least 10 metres away and there is no problem.
