Easy peasy
Easy to set up for this non-tech. Up and operating with the apps I use and my files within a day. I was dreading this but it almost was a non-issue. I just wish the dvd drive was part of the unit instead of a plug-in add-on

Frustrating
I ordered this desktop for the cd rom. The photo shows the cd rom in the unit. When it arrived, the cd rom is a portable one that plugs in with a cable. The keyboard is one that has a small shift key on the left side so when I need to capitalize etc. I end up hitting the wrong key. Other than those two items, I found the pc to boot up nicely and has an easy start up. I do like it otherwise but find the items I listed very frustrating.
