Great system, only one issue. still worthy of 5 stars.
This machine is incredibly efficient; the RTX 5060 can handle all modern triple-A games with no issue.When I first turned it on, it already had a user account set up, presumably from whoever tested the system before shipping. Unfortunately, the drivers were broken and there was a corrupted System32 folder, so I had to do a full Windows reset.After resetting, I ran stress tests and it passed every one of them. I’ve been playing demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Black Myth: Wukong, and the temperatures stayed stable throughout.I’m still giving it a 5 star because the issue was only software and easy to fix so the system is still incredibly good for the price.

Such a nice computer. At first when I opened it, it was having little delays after restarting that issue was solved. Also when I am using any browser at the top for some reason there is Chinese words but we can manually remove it so it isn’t a big issue. I have tried some games and Da Vinci Resolve, it was running like butter. When I opened Minecraft, it was running in 1000+ fps which is crazy and then I installed some shaders and still got around 300+ with no stutters or anything. The rgb lighting is nice but the remote of it is chopped. Also i like how everything space of the computer is kind of utilized. One bad thing is it has only 2 ram slots and expensive. OVERALL W.

DO NOT BUY – Arrived Without Critical Drivers, Seller Offers No Real Support
Firstly, I strongly dislike writing negative reviews. I feel terrible doing this, but others need to be fully informed of what they’re getting themselves into.I bought this PC for a simple, joyful reason: to game with my kids. I’m not someone who needs the latest and greatest, my kids get the nice stuff. I just wanted something reliable that could keep up with their equipment so we could spend quality time together. They were so excited for me to have a new PC and for the gaming experiences we were going to share.That excitement turned to frustration in minutes.The Problems (Out of the Box):-No Internet Connectivity: Could not connect via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (clearly missing drivers).-No Display/Graphics Control: Could not access display settings or utilize the GPU.-Unfinished Operating System: Felt like a broken, barebones installer, not a finished product.(Note: I purchased my monitor separately. These are core failures of the PC itself.)The Seller’s “Support” & The Hidden Costs:After reporting these issues, ALCPOK suggested I open the PC to reseat hardware or “return it to a service center.” This is the crucial warning:-Risk of Voiding Warranty/Return Rights: If you open the case and something goes wrong, they can blame you and deny your return.-Unnecessary Cost & Hassle: A “service center” means you paying to fix a brand-new product. A hidden cost they pass to you.-You Become The Unpaid Technician: Their solution is for you to spend hours doing the job they were paid to do.Final Warning:This isn’t just a broken PC; it’s a broken promise. You’re buying a project and a liability, not a tested product. Their “support” makes you absorb the time, cost, and risk of their mistakes.I’m now forced to return it and find a PC from a reputable builder.

Its Ok for a starter PC.
It’s OK. . . the parts feel cheap which I kind of knew since before buying it was going to be the case. I didn’t see any name brands. The case feels horrible and its pretty small. I did hook it up to my Samsung Odyssey G7 for testing and it looked ok. Ran 3D benchmark and got a score of around 3,400 out of the box. I would say this is suited for a kid, games run good with the 5060. Not sure if it could be upgraded down the line, I would replace the mobo.

Best prebuilt and worth the money
The pc runs very good and looks great getting more then 240 fps in every game I play. When I received it, it was packaged really well with foam padding inside the case so nothing breaks. Also, setting it up was really easy all I had to do was plug in the pc ,peripherals and that’s it! I did run into a problem with the pc and the seller was really communicative and professional and offered me a replacement. I really recommend buying from this seller.

Our First Windows Machine
The package came in a very well protected box. The internals were also secured with foam. I recommend plugging the power cord all the way and make sure its seated. Also it is glass, and glass breaks. So i would be very careful when taking out the glass panels. The seller is an excellent communicator, honest and accurate. I had needed help with the glass (due to my fault), and the seller helped me quickly.As far as the performance, it’s fast and smooth. I would say it’s a good 1440 machine on ultra settings. My kids love the RGB and the glass case. It’s been a great first PC.I/O : There is no USB C. The graphics card has a display port and hdmi.

Very nice, packed well, runs great.
Very nice, was worried about that glass but it came packed extremely well.I see top names like Gigabyte, Crucial, etc. so very close to shelf value if you tried to build it. comes with a little remote for the fans/lights as well. it can run pretty quite with the fans turned down a bit.Went to steam and downloaded a bunch of demos for games coming and it runs everything well so far. Like all new prebuilts i usually do a factory reset once i see everything is working and this one was no problem. other than that i been losing sleep playing darkest dungeon and stalker lol.If you dont have time to build your own or dont know how this seems like a pretty decent deal.

Other User was signed in first open, settings didn’t work. I did a factory reset, everything’s fine now and PC works great. But beaware of the scam with the user.
