Great camera
Got this for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. He uses it to make videos of him stunting on his bike. The camera is clear and excellent quality. Super easy to use.

Irreversible defect on FIRST use!
I was extremely disappointed with this GoPro model. I chose the simplest and cheapest model, which would have been more than enough to record my diving vacation, and I completely regretted it. Literally, on the FIRST use, it turned off out of nowhere and wouldn’t turn back on. I’ve tried all the solutions suggested by the official website, internet forums, YouTube videos, and nothing! It remains completely off, and my vacation in Thailand will be unrecorded because of this fragile and unreliable product. I followed all the instructions for use, bought the recommended SD card, updated the camera, downloaded the app, and stayed well within the 5m that the manufacturer guarantees for use underwater (I didn’t even go down 1m, it was only a few centimeters of submersion in the water). I tested everything and it worked perfectly, but on the first actual use during the vacation… it was ruined! Now I’ll have to contact the brand’s technical support to recover my camera. I hope the support is global, since I bought it in the US but live in South America. Despite being the simplest model, I trusted the GoPro brand to guarantee recordings of my trip, invested in accessories, and… I was disappointed! Think carefully before investing in this camera. Perhaps, with a little more investment, you can get something more reliable that won’t let you down at such an important moment.

Easy to use
This Go Pro was packaged very well. I purchased this for two of my grandson’s Christmas, they both love using it. It works perfect. They age ages 10 and 12. I would recommend this item.

Good video, okay audio.
Works well with good video results. The audio is not as good as my wife’s cell phone camera. We recorded my band with her cell phone and this GoPro. The audio quality for a loud rock band could have been better. It would probably be fine for action shots.

Just getting started but so far so good
Just now learning how to use it but love the size. I don’t like that I have to pay for cloud storage though. You’d think they’d give you some storage but they don’t.

Does not shoot in 24 frames per second
Does not shoot in 24 frames per second….I purchased this camera specifically to be able to shoot at 24 frames per second (movie industry standard). I’m extremely disappointed that it doesn’t have this basic feature.Sure, most people want a high framerate camera at 4k quality, but that is not the best option for filming guitar or bass guitar videos like I’m trying to do.Camera itself works just fine and has some cool abilities, but if you want to have professional control over your settings, then this is not the right camera for you.
