Wrong order, but it is the right Fitbit!
I accidentally ordered the wrong Fitbit model—I needed the Charge 4 but ended up with the Charge 2. Naturally, my extra watchbands and charging cables didn’t fit, and it’s quite different from the Charge 4 in terms of functionality. To my surprise, I actually prefer this one!The Charge 2 does everything I need: it tracks steps, monitors sleep and heart rate, tells time, and even serves as a wake-up alarm. Its simplicity is refreshing, and it feels more rugged than the Charge 4. After using it for over a month, I’m thoroughly impressed. I only need to charge it for about 30-60 minutes once a week, making it incredibly low-maintenance.

Does everything I need it to. Looks brand new, battery is great, everything is accurate. Only reason for 4 stars is I first received one that obviously wasn’t refurbished. A bit beat up, battery died in minutes. Very happy with how it was handled though.

Defective charger and bands
Very disappointed! The charger that came with the Fitbit never worked properly and, then, just quit within 2 months. The watchband broke (split), but I put on the second band….. which also broke (split). I have tried to contact this seller with no response. The watch itself is fine, but I am borrowing a charger, waiting to hear from this seller. And, now, bands are needed.

This is my 2nd Fitbit charger 2 .. my favorite. Perfect size. My first I had for 7 years.. then tried 2 other brands . When I saw it as renewed I got it and love it.. works great! Took a few weeks to get here but with the price well worth the wait!! Happy customer!!
