Great Value
This watch has a lot of good features and it’s easy to use. I charge it about once a week.With a simple watch face download you can have dexcom readings right on your wrist along with a chart. It’s very convenient. It appeared brand new. If it arrives and doesn’t work, the battery is drained. After about an hour of charging, it will wake up.

Great when it is on sale
I was fortunate to catch the sale at 40% off making it a great buy. I wanted to buy a second one a week later and the price was back up to just under $200 making it too pricy to justify. This is my third Fit Bit watch and I decided to buy the extended warranty for it as the last two had the bevel seal fail. This is a defective issue that Fit Bit needs to address.

Disappointed and Unresolved
I bought a Fitbit Versa2 watch October 7, 2025 and after a short time, I began to notice it was not holding a charge for more than 2-3 days which is far less charge on my first Versa2. In addition to that issue, this Versa2 more often than not, will loose its Bluetooth connection to my phone. I’m not at all happy with it and have heard nothing back from Amazon or the party that sold to me through Amazon.

Great watch but watch band does not fit
Everything arrives when expected. The band that came with it does not fit into the watch itself. The pins and the ends that connect to the watch are too wide. I lost my other Fitbit Versa 2, and wanted the same thing. I was able to make due with an old watch band that I had, but it was frustrating trying to put the new watch band on. I was going out of town and didn’t have time to return the item and wait for another one. The refurbished Fitbit watch itself works well, but the battery doesn’t last more than two days. I would still buy it again because I’ve used Fitbit for years and I like it.

FitBit Versa 2 Purchase That I Am Very Pleased With!!!
I received the item very quickly after ordering it. It came nicely packaged and was in perfect condition for being “renewed”. In fact, it looked brand new!! I got the FitBit up and running in no time and am very pleased with this purchase. The price was very reasonable, the FitBit itself is very easy to use, and it will definitely meet my needs and give me all the information I need. You will be very pleased with both the FitBit itself as well as the vendor who was very easy to deal with.

Gives me freedom at work
I got this watch refurbished and I didn’t get any instructions and forgot about needing to update before it would work, but once I got that figured out I have really enjoyed it. It’s a little bigger than I like, but that is a personal preference. I work at a school and set alarms for when recess over so I don’t have to watch the clock I can just focus on the kids till I feel the watch vibrate. Also I can read text messages when they come in if I’m wait for some I formation without pulling my phone out. And bonus if I get an email from one of the teachers it comes to the watch too so I feel more on top of things at work.
