Perfect for my small living room space
Absolutely love this Denon soundbar with builtin subwooferSetup was a breeze:I just connected the power cord and the provided HDMI cable to the HDMI eArc output port. The soundbar was automatically recognized by my Vizio TV, and even my Roku remote control volume worked with it automatically. (Maybe I just got lucky) So, I’m able to use everything just I had been – no clumsy fumbling with multiple remote controls. Yes! (I stream everything via Apps on my Roku device)Sound – Movies, Shows and Music:I honestly couldn’t believe the overall quality of sound AND the bass was way above my expectations. And the remote has several different settings that allows the user to have complete control over the sound for different media including music. Very well designed!The bass response is great. There is even a Subwoofer output connection if I want to add a powered subwoofer in the future. But, I can’t really see why it would be needed for my space since the bass is more than adequate.I have a small living space, so I cannot speak to a large space.After looking for literally months at different sound systems I’m so glad my research brought me to this perfect, affordable solution. I’m thrilled with it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great quality soundbar with builtin subwoofer.

Great Soundbar
This is an amazing sound bar! It was very easy to install. Just an HDMI cable from bar to television and everything hooked up to the TV goes through the sound bar. Great sound and ability to pick dialog enhancement levels (low, med, high) and type (music, movie, night). Great value for the sound.

Great sound, user friendly…with a minor quirk.
Bought this to replace a brilliant sounding Klipsh Cinema 600 that failed after two years. This Denon was a breeze to set up and pair. Very good TV sound with movie, night, and music modes, tweaks to boost dialog clarity…all available via a handy little remote.The minor quirk occurs when watching TV and I boot-up my PC, it automatically switches to Bluetooth and TV sound is lost. Slightly annoying, but quickly remedied with the remote.I will consider this a very good value if it outlasts the Klipsh by a few years.

High quality build, with Dolby Atmos and the 4k UHD HDMI w/eARC. Sound is balanced nicely out the box. The Denon dialog enhancer feature is really great, especially for nighttime watching at lower volume.

Great sound bar for the money
Most TVs have mediocre speakers from the factory, and Denon can easily fix that. This sound bar easily connects to modern TVs via HDMI port and can be controlled from a TV remote. If you don’t want a bulky sound system with a separate subwoofer, this is the perfect choice. I compared it to Yamaha SRB20 and SRB30, and I preferred the sound of Denon more, personally (plus, Yamahas are more expensive). Denon has a rich bass and pronounced mids which are great for movie dialogs and games. It also works great for music listening thanks to multiple audio modes. Overall, it’s a quality product and delivers great value at this price point.

So glad I chose the denon sound bar. The sound is great and you can adjust dialog to your liking. The Bluetooth connectivity set up without a problem and it sounds great and has plenty of volume.

The overall purchase experience was 5 stars. It was a warehouse deal but arrived indistinguishable from new. The product itself is 4 stars. Good sound, impressive enough bass for built-in woofers, one of the lower-priced options for (virtual) Dolby Atmos. But lacking options like TV interface, wifi connectivity, etc. For my needs, I just set and forget, it’s been doing fine at its primary purpose. I thought my TV speakers were not that terrible, until I got this. I would never pay full retail for it though.
