The tower works great and my husband loved the cd player on it.
My old computer was out of date and struggled with working in a decentvtime frame. I realky piked my screen and wanted to keep that, so I ordered the Dell. I hooked it up to my screen and needed to get a different cord because the screen was an HP. When the cord came in, I turned it on and everything came up and ran great. At first it wasn’t streaming right, but once I shut it off and restarted everything worked as expected. Very impressed for the price.

Great living room PC for watching movies and sports
I bought this Dell Optiplex 3050 SFF Desktop Computer to use as a living room PC. I mainly use it to watch movies and sports, which works great. The video card could be better, but it’s good enough for my needs.The computer is speedy and responsive. I can open multiple applications and stream video simultaneously without any lag. The SSD also makes a big difference in boot times and loading applications.The computer is also very quiet. I can only hear it when I have to restart it because of the Windows updates.Overall, I am pleased with this computer. DEAD ON ARRIVAL
the computer was dead on arrival and would not turn on. the computer power light started flickering as soon as the cord is plugged in but the computer (and cooling fan) will not turn on. the monitor says it is not receiving an input. wrote the seller but it says i have to wait 48 hours for their response.i need a windows 11 computer NOW and there is no telling how long the seller will take to fix this and can i fe confident that any of there computers will be any better

Worth Trying
I was expecting this computer to look at least somewhat new but the front of it had some kind of white powder in it. It was also missing the CD/DVD player even though in the description it said it was included, luckily I was able to take one out of one of my older computers and install it in this one. I also found out that this computer had no Bluetooth built in so I had to order a USB one so I could at least use my headphones. As for the operating system it did come with Windows 11 Pro which needed a lot of updates once I connected to the internet but I expected that. I did run a scan from the Dell website and it said that my computer should not be running Windows 11 but after up grading the memory to 32GB it seems to be working just fine. This is my second renewed computer purchase and you do save quite a bit over buying a new one so hitting some snags is expected I guess. Overall the computer is running really good at the moment and I’m hoping it will last at least one to two years.
