Best ANC earbuds yet!
I use to have airpod pros, so when it comes to these in my opinion there is no comparison these are simply better. So they are a little bulky (i have small ears, but they fit me pretty good) and they are suprisingly quite comfortable, thankfully it comes with different size eartips so adjustment is there.ANC is on these is actually crazy i can’t hear a thing when it’s on i’ve tried other earbuds these are fantastic, Aware mode is really good too no complaints. The audio quality is extremely good the app comes with an eq so that’s good (app is slow tho haha) the modes are insane too except immersive i personally didn’t like it on these earbuds, i don’t know if it’s a new feature on these earphones but to me it ain’t it. Refurbished is the way to go cuz 300$ is wild. Overall best earbuds i’ve ever had

Bleeding ears… Zero customer service.
Earbuds did not work. Voice and sound distortion made my ear lobe bleed. And I only did it arrive late.This has not been the late damage package that I have received from amazon with no help or customer service,Whatsoever.

Best fit and sound, not for phone calls
Probably one of the best fitting headphones in the market. Amazing sound and overall quality. Good for music and games on your device.Not good for phone calls, noise cancellation during calls is not good, picks up outside sounds and cuts the voice of other persons on the line.

Quality sound, terrible connection, too high price
Look, the sound quality is of course top notch as a premier product on an excellent brand. However, not even close and I mean not even close by a long shot, worth the price. I bought a refurbished pair, I don’t know if that was part of the problem or something but super shoddy connectivity in addition to virtual useless immersion software That’s basically just marketing to justify such a high price. Noise canceling would go in and out. They would stop connecting after a while if I wasn’t playing anything. They wouldn’t reconnect. Just terrible. Absolutely not worth the price.

The Best
Simply put, these are the best in-ear bluetooth phones I have. I know that for some people they sound too bass-heavy but that’s exactly what I was looking for. Sony and Sennheiser are more natural but I like my music punchy.In calls they are just as perfect.Connection stability is supreme, control are very easy because the touch zone covers the whole earbud.Comfy and not jotting out like Sony’s or Jabra’s. Running on treadmill at 11 speed and no tilt.Immersive mode is brilliant. Noise canceling is the best I’ve ever seen. My desktop computer sounds like a Boeing Jet when I do renders or post production but as soon as I put on my Bose’s, all is calm and quiet. In “aware” mode, I can still clearly hear outside world with a lowered volume and listen to my music to my heart’s desire. I used aware mode in my band practice jam sessions and I can clearly distinguish and hear both the track in my ears and my own drum playing.That said, if you are looking for in-ear monitors, go for Shure. Like I said these are pretty bass-heavy so you won’t be hearing your songs as others probably will.

Better than I thought it would be … except
Disaster … I lost my apple earpods. Looked everywhere and can not find them. So, shopped for a replacement. Came across these Bose earbuds, and did some deep research on them. I really did not especially want to pay this much for a new set of earbuds, but I have always been impressed with any Bose product I have used in the past. Found the “renewed” buds, so decided to give it a try. Here are some things to know … these are the best earbuds I have ever used. Period. Extremely comfortable. And the overall sound is unlike anything I have used in the past. It is deep, rich sound. Great bass. And the “immersion” setting puts you right in the middle of the band. Plus, it has the best noise cancelation feature I have ever used. I simply love these buds. Only downside is … the description says it comes with the “fit kit” so you can get just the right fit. This is a lie. No instructions. No fit kit. Just the case, buds and a short cable. And there is no way I could find to contact the seller. So, I contacted Bose, and they sent me out a fit kit for free. But what a hassle. I would have knocked a star off for it, except it is not the earbud’s issue, it is the seller. And these earbuds will change your life. Totally worth the big bucks.***UPDATE*** 11/27/24: I continue to love the earbuds for regular use, but have knocked down my rating to 3 stars. Reason being that I have learned that when making or receiving a phone call, the earbuds are next to worthless. The sound quality is very faint and it is hard to hear the caller. Researched this on Google, and this appears to be a very common issue without an easy solution. I will be calling Bose to see if they can help with it or to exchange this headset for one that functions correctly. Very disappointing.

Excellent earbuds but purchase with insurance
Its one of the BEST earbuds ever but please purchase it with some insurance. This is my second pair. I love them because the immersive mode (spatial audio) is very good, so is noise cancelling. On phone calls, it does tend to pick up background noises, though
