Very comfortable, great sound, love how I can switch between ‘noise cancellation’ to remove all outside sound, or a ‘pass through’ setting so that I can hear what’s going on around me.

Bluetooth problem
It’s Sounds clear but Bluetooth connection not staying straight when I use one earbud few minutes after I’m wearing one earbud it disconnects no reason but when I wearing tow earbuds it’s working and not disconnecting I don’t know what is the problem 🤔but I’m returning this product 😑

Great sound, last for hours before needing a charge
Love this, I have iPods and these are my go to over the iPods. You can change the the bass, treble, and sounds in the app on your phone or tablet. The sound is amazing and I often fall asleep with them in. They also last 6 to 8 hours when wearing them!

Lets start with sound quality. Sound quality is very good. As the volume goes up, the quality stays the same.Battery life. I will say the battery life is good. My volume stays around 30% with active noise cancelling on and I get 6 hours per charge.A. N.C. ( active noise cancelling ). ANC is very good. I use it all the time at work on the transparency mode. Helps loud noise from being so rough on my ears but if it’s really loud I will hear it pop in the buds. On quite mode is something even today I have a hard time adjusting to. It cuts out so much noise that when I take the buds out my ears, my brain has to adjust back to all the back ground noise again.Stability connections. Connecting Bluetooth when I first got the buds was easy but now is a whole new story. I have had one bud drop out of connection and the reconnect 3-5 minutes later. I have even had it were the buds was not insync with the sound.Comfort. I will say for myself I can wear the buds for a long period of time. The hardest part for me now is getting that tone in my ear to let me know it’s a good fit in my ear. I have slept several times with them in my ears.App. This is where I think my biggest problem is with these buds. The app has a hand full of options and nothing impressive. You use the app to update the buds but the last update I believe gave me all my problems.So I say yes these are very good buds but nothing to go break the bank to get.

“Have I even been listening to music before?”
I bought some for myself about a year ago and bought these for my fiancé for his birthday. He absolutely loves them! He started listening to some of his favorite songs and said, “Have I even been listening to music this whole time?” It was like discovering music for the first time for him. Bose will always be my favorite for listening to music and their active noise cancelling is unbeatable.

Not worth the price, or even half
Oh good lord, I lost my favorite earbuds and had to use these in a pinch, and they are somehow worse than I remember. They’re way too expensive for the quality, they’re glitchy and the sound just wavers randomly like 2-5 times a minute – my $35 Tozo earbuds hold a charge longer. Buy those instead if you want noise canceling earbuds!

Al principio pensé que el producto estaba dañado porque no se conectaba correctamente, pero resulta que hay que leer bien las instrucciones (en la página del BOSE) para saber cómo usarlos de forma adecuada; después de eso no he tenido ningún problema, el producto funciona al 100%, la batería, la calidad, todo está como nuevo.

La cancelaciòn de ruido es de lo mejor. Además que la calidad de audio supera a los demás. Tuve unos airpod pro, que tambien son excelentes, pero bose cancela mucho mejor el sonido
