Amazing noise reduction.
My only complaint so far is that the plug in the headphone is very sensitive and can, with minimal movement of the cord, disconnect electronically (the wire physically remains attached though). But the sound quality is good and noise reduction is wonderful. I am not an audiophile so I am hesitant to evaluate the bass quality or give an expert view of sound quality. It is a Bose product though.

Good product, Terrible packaging
Worked just fine but horrible packaging for a refurbished item. No original package. A plastic bag containing the headphones with a refurbished sticker. Embarrassed to give as a gift.

Works Fine; Newer Model May Be Better
I recently took these Bose QuietComfort 25 headphones on a Holy Land pilgrimage so I could hear our guide using a BT transmitter. We were in and out of noisy tourist spots all over Isreal. For the most part, the headphones worked fine and I could hear the guide, but under particularly noisy conditions, the noise cancelation was barely keeping up with overcoming the background noise. Others in my tour group had the newer models and they seemed to work more effectively.

Great Value for the price
Bought two set , one for me one for my wife for our 4 hour [lane flight. We love them!!! All noise from babies crying tot the plane noise was almost completely blocked! For the first time we could hear the movies we watched. We will never take another plane trip without them!!!

Headphones are amazing. cord is abysmal
cord is very cheap feeling and sensitive to interference when it’s moved. Nothing crazy, just standard motion when walking or picking up a device. After 5 months of use the only sound transmitted is the feedback from the jack plugging. would expect a better cord for this price.UPDATE: second cord just junked out after 6 weeks of use. I wish I could return this whole headache of a product2nd Update: 3rd cord worked after some tweaking. few months later, full audio loss in left speaker. Apparently this is a very common problem and I got the common response after contacting Bose directly: I was welcome to purchase a replace at a discounted cost.They got 200 bucks of my money. I don’t think I’m going to give them another 100.

Excited Over this Product
I am in love with this product. I got it for a great price after my visa discount was applied when approved. I have issues with my ears when I travel and it tends to clog up from the noise of the plane. I bought a cheaper one while in Australia, but that did nothing for me and was of a poor quality. This right here is the bomb!!! It is portable, comfortable, quality, and has everything I need to listen to music, video, and more. It is easy to handle and store and comes with extra adapters for videos on the plane. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Love it.
