Great so far…
I’ve only had it for a few hours so I will update later if anything changes. So far, it’s been great. Easy to switch my other phone over and the battery health is at 95% which is great. So far, no issues. The only thing is packaging. The bubble wrap was very thin and phone could have cracked if thrown.

Solid phone that looks and works like new—great battery life too.Picked this up as an upgrade from an older Android, and it’s been smooth sailing. The 512GB storage is plenty for all my photos and apps, and the midnight color has a nice sleek look without showing fingerprints too bad. Screen is big and bright, camera takes clear shots, and it feels fast for everyday stuff like browsing and streaming. Frustrated way to spend 6 hours
The new 14 would not pair with my existing phone, so I set it up manually and tried to download the data from my iCloud backup. I transferred my cell phone number to the new IPhone 14, and connected to my Wi-Fi and the data would not download from the cloud.So I reset the 14 plus to factory default to try again. The second time it did pair with my XS MAX and got about 20 minutes into the transfer then stopped working and lost the connection. The phones were sitting next to each other on my table.So after another factory reset, it would not connect to my other phone at all. However, when I removed my iCloud information, it gave me the choice to leave my eSIM intact snd delete everything else. And as I thought it would connect and transfer the data, I did that. Now my number is trapped in a phone I can’t use. I just reset and deleted everything. I’ll have to call my service provider and try to get the number back to my XS MAX. The 14 plus will be returned tomorrow. Can you please be sure this one works?I am a return customer as I purchased my XS MAX from you, Last year. It originally came with a battery at 78% and you paid to have Apple put a new battery in it.I have been steadfastly referring people to you and only you since then. And now I’m tired, frustrated and a little disappointed that I’ve had to spend 5 hours on something that should of taken 15 minutes, and now I have to go through the extra process of returning a phone, waiting for a credit, then buying another 14 plus hoping the next one works. I hope you can understand my disappointment. After i wait another 2 days to get the return UPS label!!FYI: FED EX DELIVERED THIS PHONE TO MY NEIGHBOR. I only know because I saw the driver and wondered if it was mine. I walked to the neighbors deck and saw my name on it, so I took it. I easily could have missed the shipment or ignored the driver and reported it not delivered and had Amazon reship another…but I didn’t because HYBRID IT was so good to me previously….

I waited a little over a month to leave this review just to see how the phone performs, and I’m really happy with it! The iPhone 14 Plus works perfectly — battery lasts me all day, the camera quality is great, and it runs super smooth with no issues. It came in very good condition just as described, and I’ve had zero problems since using it. Definitely worth the upgrade from the 11! Overall, this is an amazing phone and totally worth it!

Very pleased with both the iPhone and seller! They accommodated me and went above and beyond to answer questions!I am not however very happy Amazon as usual didn’t ship it on time so I didn’t get it for 3 days later than was advertised but that again is on Amazon not the seller so Amazon do better by the sellers! I highly recommend this sellers products! My iPhone was in brand new condition with zero marks dents scratches etc. everything works as expected. Updated to latest iOS 26 without issue. Battery is at new heath! The very tippy top right corner of the screen is a bit angry at times to touch response but that actually is most likely a software issue that a bug fix will be put out soon by Apple so right now I’m not concerned. I will update on this if something changes but at the moment I love my new iPhone! Thank you seller! You’ve gained an Apple customer for life!

I am happy with this phone, there is no complaint. It looks brand new, there is not a single scratch or scuff mark to be seen. Everything is perfect. It came with a charger and the block to go with it, and I was sent a SIM tray pin as well. It was perfectly wrapped in the box. The only thing that bothered me is the seller ignored my message when I asked if it was an eSIM or dual SIM, as a lot of reviews said it was eSIM. Other than that, go get this phone! It looks new right out of the box, and the battery life was at 87%.

Battery life is great, the camera is sharp, and the phone feels just like new. No issues at all so far. The phone arrived with some dirt and signs of wear—which I understand, as it’s a refurbished item—but I expected it to be a bit cleaner. More concerning, after setting it up, I started receiving frequent scam calls and noticed multiple attempted logins to my Apple ID from different countries. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this purchase based on that experience.
