GREAT PRICE FOR GREAT PHONE
Originally wanted this phone but got the 15 and instantly regretted it! Got this one after my 15 finally failed me and FOR THE PRICE ITS AMAZING! The battery is at 87% which is better than the 85% on my 15. No glitching! Fully functional and i was able to easily add my T-Mobile Esim and get it up and running! The phone is in PERFECT condition as well! No scratches, dents or visible cosmetic damage! High quality for a great price! Will up date in a few months!

The phone started green flickering of death and then black screen of death. The phone died within a one year of warranty. Semester declined to provide the refund or even address the issue. Same happened with Amazon. Going on back and forth with Amazon to get a refund. Got an email on Aug 21st that a refund will be posted within 3 to 5 business days. Contacted Amazon that the refund didn’t post and do you know what Amazon customer service reps said.. they cannot provide a refund as the refund is only issued within 30 days of purchase. So who did Amazon provided me and why did Amazon give me in writing that the refund has been processed and will be posted

Phone is in perfect condition, no scratches. The phone looks and works great. Healthy battery life. I was worried that some reviews mentioned people receiving unpaid phones but all I did was call T-mobile to make sure phone was in fact paid in full from previous owner and it was. I also had a question and contacted seller, they were very quick to answer and help with my inquiry. I recommend this seller and product.

Bought this phone in kind of a hurry after shattering the screen of my last phone. It came a day earlier than expected, packaged well, and in nearly perfect condition. Set up went flawlessly and took less than an hour. Only con is the battery life is 86%, but that’s a fair trade for the price IMO. Overall extremely satisfied.

Great refurbished phone!
This phone came in excellent condition! The screen has very very minor surface scratches (which honestly might be a screen protector—I haven’t been able to check yet because my nails are too thin and damaged after an allergic reaction). The battery health is 100%. It was a breeze to set up! I did have to go into metro for the eSIM because my iPhone 11 was too old but that’s not the seller’s fault lol. I saved sooo much money going through Amazon. I went into metro to see about an upgrade and the same phone would’ve cost like almost $800 plus tax, even for someone who’s been a customer for 5 years without an upgrade in 3 years. They refused to give me a discounted rate, which I found to be ridiculous—I suspect because I am locked into a $35/mo plan and they wanted me to switch to the $70/mo plan for the upgrade price. Yeah right lol. I highly recommend going this route. You will save so much money in the long run.
