Nice, refurbished console with a generic controller
The item was as described, and shipping was pretty fast. Console was clean and was wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed. Came with a 3rd party controller and wires. It took some time to setup from the factory reset. No issues with the console or controller.The controller that came with was a 3rd party controller which does work but you can feel the cheapness of it. The buttons are very clicky and occasionally it will miss an input. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. It’s probably a good idea to invest in an actual Xbox controller. Since I am playing fighting games on mine, I will be looking at arcade sticks as well.The 500GB model can fill up pretty quickly when you are installing games so it will limit your library at times.Bonus: when I was checking the system, I pressed the eject button for the disc drive and it actually had a copy of Grand Theft Auto V in the drive!

Wifi doesn’t work
When it arrived and I tried to set it up, it asked if I wanted to use wifi or an ethernet connection. I wanted to use wifi and went through the steps to select my network and enter the password. It wouldn’t connect. I had to do troubleshooting on the Xbox/Microsoft website (a bad sign when you have to troubleshoot something you just got) to see that I would need to set it up with an ethernet cable first and then switch to wifi after I got through setup. I’ve had several xbox models before (new, used, refurbished) and have never had to do that.Should have returned it that day. But I kept it and it worked fine on wifi for a while. Then one day I turned it on and it wouldn’t connect to Xbox Live…said I needed to setup internet. So I tried to setup my wifi network again. Wouldn’t work. So I had to connect it via ethernet again and tried to switch it over to wifi like I did the day I got it. Still won’t connect to wifi, so for now I have to leave it connected to the ethernet cable, which is annoying because it has to be in a room I don’t want it in. My other wifi enabled devices connect to wifi without issue.I know it’s refurbished, but when you pay for something, you expect it to work correctly. I have to see if I still have time to return it.

Highly recommend! Was almost brand new ! No scratches , dents, discoloration, or problem turning on . All effective device . Comes with remote and sent extra batteries as well. HDMI cord, power cord , and remote charging cord was included.

Console good. Controller cheap
A few days in and the xbox works good. There’s minor cosmetic damage but, I mean, it’s refurbished. The controller they give however is garbage. The buttons work and that’s about it. I thought my new headset was broken because when I plugged it into the controller there was sound but, the mic didn’t work. Then, later that day there was no more sound. I tried a different controller and everything was fine. If you get the console just go ahead and order a new controller as well.

Didnt come in the xbox box. Just a cardboard amazon box. Xbox is all dinged up. Big gouge out of the corner. Controlled is an off brand, not an actual xbox controller. Storage and account was not wiped. Still has all the previous owners games and information and account on it. Xbox keeps just shutting off and restarting. Complete trash and a waste of money!

Reading previous reviews, I was a little apprehensive. However, having owned all varieties of Xbox since the original launch, I figured I would be in a good technical position to review the quality of this additional purchase for my daughter’s room. Overall, well packed, with some new cables and a mint condition wireless controller in there. Arrived in a non-branded box but well protected and suitable for wrapping as a birthday present. Setup was quite quick and had it up and running in a few minutes. A few minor wear and tear scratches on the casing, but nothing that bad. Certainly worth the price and backed up by Amazon 12mth warranty. We also looked on MusicMagpie for similar price, but that type only came with a wired controller. Would recommend and just remember to check everything out before you just assume everything is working and give as a gift, etc.

La consola Xbox One llegó con una estética buena de 9, pero el control no corresponde a la consola, era tan difícil verificar las partes que se envían. Lamentablemente no pude configurar la consola, por el control incompatible.

Would never buy from these again bought for my grandsons birthday games didn’t load and usb port didn’t work I had to pay extra to get it working properly and all that said was send it back but if its been opened no refund
