Nice system and great customer support!
Nice soundbar system, good sound and just right for a low cost setup. Great customer support, I bought the unit refurb, and the left channel speaker had a disconnected diaphragm. Asked for a replacement and a few days later it arrived. Sounds great now. Nothing to fancy just good sound!

Good sound the small secondary speakers enhance the sound stage.
It seems to work well, I bought because I am partially deaf and need better sound. I don’t think the sub woofer works at all. I definitely can’t adjust it if it does and I bought the remote because I know with my last sound bar the remote was neccessary for all funcions.

Works great with my Vizio TV 50 inch! Just sync the subwoofer with the soundbar, value good quality good, functionality, you have to sync subwoofer with sound bar I don’t believe that was in the instructions! But it is easy to do!

It sounds great… when it works
I absolutely love how this system sounds. I’d highly recommend it if it weren’t for the fact that HDMI eARC is the ONLY connection (aside from bluetooth) and it hardly ever works on the first try. Every time I go to use my TV it’s always a game of turning the sound bar and the TV off and back on over and over until eventually it starts producing sound. It also doesn’t come with a physical remote and my phone pretty much always says “connection lost”. I ordered a remote from Vizio’s website hoping to make my connection struggles easier so I don’t have to get up to turn it off anymore, but still, disappointed they couldn’t have at least given us Optical Audio or something more reliable than eARC. I’d say maybe it’s my TV but we have the exact same TV in our main living room setup with a different brand surround sound, also hooked up through eARC, and do not have these same issues, so it’s definitely a flaw with this particular system.
