    GREAT TV! Highly recommend !
Purchased TCL QM8 65 in November and it took several weeks before it was delivered ! Was well worth the wait! Very impressed with the picture! The colors pop and picture brightness is incredible ! I was a little disppointed in the Bang&Olufsen sound system ! I would recommend a sound bar and subwoofer! I paid $897 but now there $1495! Not sure why to hugh price increase ! Was a big Sony fan but TCL is my brand right now! TCL get your prices right and you will have me as a customer for a long time! It is a great tv for under $1000!

Best Quality TV Money Can Buy
The TCL 65-Inch Class QM8K Series QD-Mini LED is an impressive TV that delivers on almost every front. Motion quality is smooth and consistent, making fast-paced sports and action movies easy to enjoy without blur. The picture is outstanding—clear, bright, and crisp with excellent color depth that makes everything pop. Setup was quick and straightforward, and once up and running, the TV performs flawlessly with virtually no lag, whether streaming, gaming, or just navigating menus. The only drawback is the remote, which seems to burn through batteries much faster than expected. It’s a small inconvenience compared to the overall performance of the TV, but worth noting.Overall, this TCL QM8K is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for premium functionality and picture quality at a competitive price point.

    Picture Quality up there
This is a very good TV. The picture quality is up there, blacks show up literally black. Decided to test it at 1080 with dune. It did not disappoint as dark detailed black outfits showed every design. Overall picture quality is good at 1080, Imagine it can only get better at higher resolutions. Best setting without calibration is Filmmaker mode. The colors look very accurate. Overall nice looking TV. Looks well built. Streams well, plenty of apps and sound is good. Easy to set up, nice anti glare screen, with back-lit remote.

Great TV. Brightness is great/ Picture is great. I’m glad I picked this one.
I love this tv. Note that it requires a larger mount of you want to mount it on a wall (Best Buy did not carry one big enough) – but thanks to Amazon, I got one the correct size. The color took a while to get correct (even with the various pre-set configuration) – but after about 5 minutes of playing with color / contrast – everntyhing looks awesome!

    Know what you’re getting.
Really solid tv. I wouldn’t say this tv is worth it’s retail price, but if you can manage under $1000 it’s a slam dunk. One knock is the upscaling. Anybody doing their research knows this is true of this model anyways. You’re not buying a flagship TCL and expecting the upscaling capability of a flagship Sony. That being said, it was below expectation. For weeks I’ve been trying to see any difference in reducing noise and gradation and have failed to see anything. I appreciate all the customizations in this category they provide, but I failed to see any improvement no matter the combination of settings.Motion is actually better than expected. When you don’t ask the tv to do much it works very smooth with sports. Just setting it to low worked perfect. Motion + upscaling was kind of a nightmare for sports. Produces a lot of artifacts specifically around motionless objects while the camera is moving. Like a score bug. Actually creates tons of noticeable artifacts like the screen glitches.Brightness and Color along with HDR is VERY impressive. This is why you are buying this tv. I can confirm this is bright room certified. Placed opposite a large window. This screen gets bright enough that I can’t tell theres a window behind me. The blacks… omg the blacks. I have never used an OLED before but this has gotta be close.. the uniformity is crazy. Low quality content will produce more blooming but 4k content has crazy blacks. The customizability is almost perfect. People need the ability to create their own custom presets and rename them. This tv has the capability to make anything look good. (Minus low quality content) With a little time it should be easy to simply press a few buttons to get to your preference without having to change sliders and settings. All in all. I’m very satisfied. You have to know what you’re getting here. If you’re expecting this to rival the flagship Sony televisions you will be disappointed. If you want OLED-like brightness, color, and blacks. This is fantastic. I’ve done some 4k gaming on this. Not a lot to really justify any critiques but I had zero issues. You’re getting the benefits listed above with 4k@120hz. Can’t go wrong there. Only wish it had one more 4k@120hz port. I understand this is next year model benefit.
