The watch is in “excellent” shape…I did have a small chip on the side, but nothing I cannot live with. Otherwise no scratches on the face and functions perfectly! It shipped fast and arrived on time. It is compatible with my phone but that is also a Samsung. No connection issues with my earbuds either. It has been easy to set up and use with apps that also work for all the things I need to include Fitness and Health tracking as well as alarms for just the watch. It does have to be charged daily as the battery quickly loses charge compared to my Garmin watch. However, overall the watch is well worth it!

I really really like this watch. Works really well and tracks everything I need it to. My only complaint is that the battery doesn’t last a long time. It stays charged two days tops before it turns off.

Best Purchase. I love the color, the functionality and the accuracy. It’s also convenient to have your phone at your wrist while gardening or working out or whatever you got going on. The pinch, shake, and knock motions actually work to dismiss notifications and the ECG does detect abnormal heart rhythm.

Damn Good Company to get Refurbished gear
Fantastic quality.A little bit of smudges IPA couldn’t get out, aside from that it works flawlessly.Battery is at excellent health, screen is responsive, wrist band was practically brand new.The sound quality of the speaker is underwhelming within loud spaces, as it’s very quiet. Crisp, but definitely difficult to hear from it when next to a road.

La verdad en estética esta muy bien 9/10 ya llevo mas de un mes probando el reloj y esta muy bien funcionando al 100% solo que la bateria siento que no le dura lo suficiente pero hay que entender que es reacondicionado, la correa que le pusieron y el cargador no son los original pero funcionan, la correa se despinto del broche con el uso, pero de ahi en fuera todo bien.

Buen estado estética de 10 cargador genérico, intenté devolver por qué no recibía llamadas pero revisamos todas las opciones para que sincronizará, me parece que es por que es versión americana pero funciona excelente.

El producto llegó en buen estado, aunque el empaque era excesivamente grande para su tamaño. La calidad en general es muy buena, pero tuve algunas experiencias poco agradables al inicio: no incluía instructivo, tenía varias actualizaciones pendientes y por ello requería recargarse con frecuencia. Además, las correas daban la impresión de estar algo desgastadas. Aun así, tras superar estos inconvenientes, el funcionamiento ha sido satisfactorio.
