As advertised, mine were great purchases. 😃 👍
Bought two of these to give as myself and a friends mothersday gifts, and both seem to be in great condition and working wonderfully. Their new owners are happy with their fancy smart devices. Only real negative is it doesn’t seem to want to let us customize the stock watch faces colors etc through wearables app on my mom’s s23 ultra, it just crashes, but we use an aftermarket app called “Facer” which it controls fine on it. Also seems to need updates very frequently, not sure what to think about that minor nag and interruption..We purchased silicone protectors that cover the top and sides completely. Water seems to gets trapped inside those cases occasionally causing random touch input if you don’t remove and shake it dry, so tempered glass and a TPU bumper for the perimeter would be a better upgrade to consider IMO. At least if you want an extra layer of physical accident insurance like we did.

Great smart watch, long battery life
First the seller shipped wrong color case and band I ordered rose pink case /band and got gold case with bland brown colored band so I feel there was no quality control done by seller on this refurbished watch. Since I found that you can cover the case with many colors as well as change bands i decided not to return it. I wasn’t finding anything neat about the watch at first so I watched video and learned how to access all the various functions that I wasn’t able to find on my own. One of my favorite things is the step counter I now try to beat my prior day steps and I’ve walked 3 miles this week which is alot for me. There is a breathe function that starts by itself that I like because I feel I constantly hold my breath and get short winded. I look at heart rate and sleep rate which is cool to see how low it goes overnight. I haven’t used the ekg function yet but I dont feel im going to be having a heart attack, but I really should try this feature at least once. I have it bluetooth connected to my phone which isn’t required and tried out the text message feature its pretty decent sized writing, however I don’t need glasses so this might be an issue for someone? You can change the face of watch to various colors to match your mood but sometimes mine changes color by accident not sure if this is user error but so far its the only thing I dont care for. The battery isn’t to bad since I don’t run lots of functions it last 2 or 3 days and recharges pretty fast. Anyway If your wanting to try this watch out this seller at time of my purchase offered free returns so its no cost to you if not happy with it.

Amazon Refurbished nails it again!
Gift receiver LOVES it! It’s exactly as pictured, no major dents, scruffs, scratches, nothing! Excellent price, thrilled gift recipient. I tried another second hand store that rhymes with Shmeebelo and it arrived in terrible condition, customer service was a pain about returns, etc. I feel much safer buying from Amazon Refurbished, and I’m waiting on my MacBook that I trust will be satisfactory after this and other purchases. Really great buy.

Only worked for 7 months!! BEWARE
When i first recieved this item i was disappointed because it was bright yellow gold vs the pinkish rose gold. Initially wouldnt charge and I almost returned it. But in one last attempt it began charging…so i kept it. 7 months later its toast. I took beautiful care of it. Never touched water, no drops etc. But it stopped charging. Ive been trying for a few days but nothing. Once the battery runs out its done…i will never buy a refurbished anything ever again. So disappointed.

I love this watch! I purchased a renewed one. It worked perfect for all the things I needed and more. I didn’t give 5 stars only cause a message wouldn’t go away on the face. Not an error message but a direction to make it go away. It just wouldn’t. Amazon got me to the seller and they were awesome! They seemed to only want me to be happy. I finally decided to return it. I was refunded. Im getting another one! I can’t wait to get the watch again. It gave me incentive to move, workout not just sit around. If you can afford a brand new one, I totally recommend it! Even a renewed one!

Excellent condition, even though listed in good condition
I love that it is in such great condition. I did have to charge it. I also need to swap out wristband because the band it came with is too loose on my wrist. I’m happy to be able to support a small family business.

One year later the watch glass face fell off
One year later the watch glass face fell off. I attempted to fix it but the screen is dead now. I’m disappointed that we only got a year out of this.
