UPDAT3: I unfortunately had to send this back because the screen started glitching like it was being touched, I hadn’t dropped it or done anything in anyway to make it behave that way,, I now have a galaxy a12 through cricket.. I had a galaxy a02s that was constantly kicking me out of apps over storage being full even though I had an SD card in it, anyways I decided to buy this phone and was 99% sure I was going to have to return it but nope! It works so smoothly, it’s sleek, finger print scanner is quick and one of my favorite parts. I go through boost mobile for my service, I saw some reviews said they could pop in their Sim card and it worked perfectly, that wasn’t the case for me. I had to take mine to the store and have them use a code for it to work but it didn’t take long and wasn’t a hassle compared to the price and quality of this phone. I am so so happy with this purchase.

Después de usar este producto por un tiempo, tengo una perspectiva bastante clara. Si bien cumple con la mayoría de lo que promete y en general me ha sido útil, encuentro que hay algunos aspectos que podrían mejorarse. La calidad general es decente y ha resistido el uso regular, pero hubo un par de detalles, quizás pequeños, que me dejaron pensando si el diseño o la funcionalidad podrían ser más intuitivos o robustos en ciertas áreas. No es un mal producto en absoluto, y en muchas situaciones funciona muy bien. Sin embargo, si buscas la perfección en cada rincón, quizás quieras considerar si esos pequeños puntos son importantes para ti. En resumen, es un buen producto que hace su trabajo, pero con un poco de pulido adicional, podría ser realmente excepcional

Poorly renewed.
First 2 weeks phone worked great. Then the ringer and speakers stopped working. Not a big issue, vibration still works and Bluetooth headset is preferred. Unfortunately the screen cracked else it would have been a return then.Fast forward to today, 1 month of use, and the charging port no longer works, mic has stopped, Bluetooth is spotty, and phone is completely useless. It can make calls, but because the mic and speakers aren’t working what’s the point?
