Great TV mount at a great price!
This TV mount was delivered quickly and in a nice heavy-duty box. It was much heavier than I was expecting. I have only used the tilt-only style mount which are much lighter. The weight does make it much more awkward to hang, so I would suggest two people to hang it. It is certainly possible to do it with one person, but you want to keep it straight, so one person to hold and the other to drill holes and screw in the bolts makes it much easier.This is a very sturdy unit and looks to hold most all modern TVs. We hung a 65″ Samsung Q7F and the hardware worked fine. We did use a couple of the provided spacers (the medium spacer and one small spacer on each bolt). We screwed the unit into studs and our studs were almost exactly 16″ on center, so we had no issues getting it onto the wall. The paper template works well. I will say, there is a little extra room on the mounting hardware in case your studs are not exactly 16 inches. It is not much, maybe 1/2″ on each side for wider studs and a little more if they are narrower.All the hardware is very well made and finished well with no sharp edges. Several different size bolts and spacers are included for mounting to different TVs. The design is like most, in that you mount a couple of rails on your TV, mount the base to the wall, and then lift TV and slide the hooks on the rails over the mount. This way you do not have to hold the TV while you try to attach screws. You simply slide it on and then tighten a couple of screws to make sure it can not be bumped off accidentally. It is a good design.The instructions that come with this are not bad, but unfortunately not good either. They have 90% of the details you need and the pictures are so small that they don’t show the details very well. That being said, the assembly is pretty straight forward and logical. I had several issues trying to determine what was the front and what was the back of certain pieces of the mount. Took more time to think through that issue than it did to actually hang the mount. The claim you don’t need anything but a drill to hang this, but you will also need a socket set to screw the screws into the studs. I think it takes ½” socket. The “wrench” provided works well for all the adjustment points, but was too small for the bolts that attach the base to the wall. You would also NOT want to use it for screwing those into studs anyway. You would have very sore hands and it would take forever. The mount does come with a level.Once hung, we are very happy with the mount. Everything is very sturdy and works as expected. The articulating arm is easy enough to move but stiff enough to stay where you put it. This includes tilting, swiveling, and leveling. When fully pushed back against the wall, the unit is just a few inches (3-4”) away from the wall and we have the TV tilted down and had to use spacers when mounting which added a bit of distance.Overall, outside of the instructions needing just a little more clarification and possibly marking the front/backs of certain pieces of the base, this is a great TV mount. I would recommend 2 people to at least screw the base onto the wall. It is easy to install, very sturdy, and does everything you need it to do to adjust your TV. All that at a great price!

Good Mount – Worth the money
Strong mount that is easy to instal and looks good. Also works well for fitting both sizes of TV that we have. I will note though that the wall mounting screws probably do not need to be so long or thick given that they would be going into studs

Best tv mount I’ve ever purchased.
This mount is solid. Better then expected! I have a 75 in tv mounted and it even has a tilt feature just in case ur mounting holes are a little off level ( as I did, lol ) recommend this mount. Super sturdy. With the price I did not expect this quality. The quality is outstanding. Thick metal parts. Easy to install. The swivel action makes for smooth movements.

Works good for a 75″ tv. I like how there are 2 arms that attach to the back of the TV while its still on the ground, then you can lift it into position and hang on the wall bracket.. makes easy to mount even a large TV with just one person.Tons of extra hardware included that I didn’t need. Solid construction. Does the job for the price.

I’ve installed a number of Perlesmith mounts and have found all of the models I’ve used to be decent. This one model no exception, and I like the additional bracing this comes with for wider TVs compared to older designs. It’s very stable, but position can easily be moved or adjusted as needed. The wall footprint is compact and the included template good if you need it. Fits standard stud spacing well.
