Excellent, aesthetic, do everything camera
Cheapest stacked sensor on the market. 20mp files are nimble compared to full frame but still able to produce large prints. The peerless 5 axis IBIS, computational features, subject detection, fast phase detect AF, large capacity Battery, 4k video, flip screen all combine to make what I think is the most versatile camera on the market today. The om-1ii is possibly a better value for the money since feature set is nearly the same. The om-3 grants the creative dial which is great for composing jpg images in camera. The dedicated computational features lever also makes accessing ND filters and high res modes easy for landscape. If you pair this with the om14-150ii lens and olympus fl-lm3 flash it really can do almost anything. Ive shot paid nighttime Christmas engagement photos, astro, bird. As a bonus the entire setup is weatherproof as well. It’s also beautiful and light and fits easily into a sling bag. Some people complain the lack of a grip, but if you are shooting properly and holding the lens in your left hand it’s a complete non-issue.

Really Powerful, Fun and Tiny!
I was initially reluctant to buy this because I didn’t understand why I should pay so much for a camera that wasn’t full frame. Now that I own it, my initial hesitations seem absurd. IIt’s a terrific little camera with specs that rival much more expensive full-frame options. The straight out of camera JPEGs, especially with the custom color profiles and computational features are awesome.I was in southern Greece and I saw a high contrast ferry about to dock. I wasn’t carrying my graduated ND filters, but I used the camera’s built-in computational GND filter. The result was awesome and I got it faster than reaching into a bag and grabbing a filter.It’s a very powerful and fun camera in a very small package. The stacked sensor provides impressive speed and the battery life is excellent. Autofocus is very good, especially with subject detection. The price is It’s only problem, but this is the cheapest stacked sensor camera, so it’s not unreasonable.If you’re on the fence, just do it. It’s a legitimately fun camera and it’s small!

Outstanding camera
Great focus accuracy and speed. Quality built and excellent interface via dials and menus. Every feature is matured and thought throw. Computational photography a welcomed addition. Wi Fi speed for downloading is excellent.Stabilization and high ISO with low noise as expected at this price range and more. Really great product.

Just Fun!
So first. I’ve shot on an OM1 mark ii, was fun. Wasn’t mine. I have a FF A7rv I love. However, I wanted a sleek easy to carry road warrior. This camera exceeded my expectations! Not only am I getting cleaner shots, it goes where the big boys can’t. Faster, lighter and just fun and easy to use. Simple is usually always better, allows your creativity to shine. Sure a little learning curve but nothing to fear, like Apple products, just simple. Couldn’t be happier with this little camera, not to mention its build quality! All metal, solid controls, just well built. Even knowing the Sony has a metal chassis I’m afraid to drop it, plastic housing. This is solid. Back to image quality. The FF era is all about the latest and greatest, heck I felt that way. Never gave a thought to a micro 4/3. Then I tried one, then bought this. No regrets on that. It’s just better in the ways that are important for the daily shooter. FF has its place sure, but daily fun, better overall quality in the photo, the creativity is what we all got into this for. Brings you back to the fun of photography! That to me is a win. Has all the features of its big brother aside from the view finder which you won’t miss, trust me. This little thing is a beast. Speed is second to none, never miss a shot or moment. Plus, it’s just easy to carry, retro look that gets people asking. Little do they know what’s inside. Truth, hard to explain until you try it. Just have fun and play with the settings and creative modes. It brings you back to what excitement you had about photography to begin with, makes it fun again. Can’t put a price on that. Even so, for what you get its priced far less than a comparable FF with less expensive lighter and faster lens options. If you have the $, try it you won’t be disappointed.
