    Excellent Tripod – Great Purchase
This is a very well-constructed medium-weight tripod with metal parts where it counts. It’s quite sturdy and a useful addition to the video/audio/photo studio setting (the primary use cases for my purposes). The legs are easy to adjust and stable. The design is multi-functional, quite usable for holding the various Sony cameras I have (e.g., A7RV, A7IV, A7III, A7RII, RX100VII) and studio lights or flashes. If using the center bar horizontalyl, it would be a good idea to use a “sandbag” or weight using the supplied or your own carabiner and position the horizontal bar in line with one of the tripod legs to reinforce stability. As with any tripod that can fully extend, you’ll want to be thoughtfully careful with the size lens attached to the camera. This tripod is most suitable for moderate telephoto lenses – I have other, much heavier tripods for mounting very large gear on.As to the removeable tripod leg that can double as a monopod – for me that monopod’s for lighter-duty circumstances. It wouldn’t be my first choice for serious trekking (for that kind of purpose). The included ball head is versatile and applicable across a wide range of situations. Be sure to tighten it well to the tripod base so that it doesn’t work loose if doing a lot of panning (this holds true for most ball heads). I have available several other kinds of heads that I can easily swap on to this tripod (e.g., fluid video head with handle). With the right mount it would be excellent for holding a phone or tablet, as well. All in all, this a very useable well-made tripod and a terrific bargain at the going price as of August 20205. Highly recommended. It would be hard to find a better offering at this price point.

    Stable and Versatile Tripod
Great and stable tripod with a boom. This is Tripod is well-built. I attached a homemade PDR light for work on hail dents; this tripod makes my light fully adjustable and extending over the car. On the attachment point near the top of the tripod, I attached a 5 lb weight for further stability due to the weight of the light being extended by the boom; the light weighs about 3.5 lbs. I also used a bottle of water attached to the end of the boom as a counter weight when making a long extension. The Tripod allows my light to be fully adjustable and the light stays where put without shaking. Thanks to this Tripod, light adjustments are easily made.

    Best Mono/Tripod designed.
I had purchased this Neewer Tripod for my Canon EOS Rebel T7 Camera and the additional Lens to attach to it. I crazy about the design and construction including its versatility of making it into a Monopod. It has some weight to it but it’s no problem if you want the comfort of mind knowing that it will not tip over easily damaging or breaking your camera. All of the multi functions are top notch. It could include a carrying strap for when you don’t want to pack it back into the case because you are going to use it frequently during a session for quick set up. Awesome product and worth the money and investment.

    Sturdy and heavy
This tripod is a beast! It’s really heavy, but I use it ondoors so the weight isn’t an issue for me. It’s super sturdy and I love that it can be used traditionally and with the arm out. It does smooth panaroma from the arm and from the tripod head itself. With the tilt on the arm you can get your camera into almost any position imaginable. The bubble levels are a nice touch. I don’t use it as a monopod, but like the option if I ever go wild. But minus a star for the tripod head grips on the knobs, and knob positioning. The grips on the knobs slipped and came off after the first use. It’s not a deal breaker but it is frustrating. The other frustrating thing is the positioning of the knob that tightens the camera to the tripod head. If you’re trying to use it with the camera positioned in that groove of the ball head (like it shows in the main image on the product page), it hits against the base of the tripod head and you have to reposition it to get the camera off. It also stops the head from becoming completely level at that angle. I was hoping to use this with the camera at the end of the arm sitting up like that but it won’t work for what I was hoping to do. It’s fine enough to just use it as a traditional tripod at that angle, but I was hoping it would work more like the picture shows. It is excellent for overhead shots and flat lays, though, which is the best part about it.My only regret is not getting the 79″ one. More height for the overhead shots would have been nice. However, the tripod head comes off and can be attached to a c-stand, so that’s pretty cool!

I also love how you can record overhead shots !Quality : 5/5Tripod is such a great quality for its price . Very sturdy material and holds my Sony A7III with a large lens nicely . For the price you pay for , you also get a nice storage bag that fits perfectly in the bag. This tripod is such a great product for beginner or budget friendly , due to the price and all the functionality you get in one !

I am surprised how good a $60 tripod could be.
I purchased this tripod primarily for macro use with the tripod pole in a horizontal position. Even at full extension with my OM-1 and 60 mm macro it is very stable. I have no concern that it will tip over even at the tripod’s full height. It appears to be well made, easy to extend and retract the legs and change the angle of the pole. I am surprised as how good a $60 tripod can be. At $60 with a good sized and easily adjusted ball head, it is a steal.

Excellent choice if you need a solid, stable and sturdy tripod with the best usability features. Every bit as sturdy as my Manfrotto and very tall. Great for macro work too. May well be the best tripod for the price that i’ve every purchased.

I recently purchased the Neewer 360 Degree Rotatable Tripod Ball Head and it has been a great addition to my photography gear. The ball head is well-built and feels sturdy, making it easy to adjust and get the perfect angle for my shots. You can position your camera at a higher angle and capture detailed shots of your subject from above. This can be particularly useful for product photography, food photography, or any situation where you want to showcase the details of your subject from a unique angle. While it may not have some of the advanced features that more expensive brands offer, such as built-in levelers or carbon fiber construction, the Neewer tripod head provides excellent value for the price. Comparing it to more expensive tripod brands, I find that the Neewer tripod offers similar performance and functionality at a fraction of the cost. It’s an excellent choice for photographers who are just starting out or who don’t want to spend a lot of money on expensive gear.

I recently purchased the NEEWER 72-inch Camera Tripod, and I have to say, it is 100% perfect—especially for overhead shots. I own a regular tripod, but it can’t do what this one can. I’ve always wondered how people got those perfect, steady angles when filming overhead for YouTube videos, like showing their desks or creative workspaces, and now I finally know how to do it! As soon as I saw that this tripod could do overhead shots, I immediately bought it, and I’m so glad I did. What impressed me was how sturdy and durable this tripod feels. I already own some products from this brand, and they never disappoint, but this tripod has raised the bar. It’s incredibly well-built, and you can feel the quality when setting it up. The aluminum design, combined with the flexibility of the ball head and center column, makes it easy to get the perfect angle, whether I’m shooting overhead or using it as a regular tripod.Another thing I love about it is how versatile it is. It converts into a monopod, which is handy when I need something more compact. Plus, it comes with a nice bag, so I can take it anywhere without any hassle. If you’re into creating content like I am and need a reliable tripod that can handle different setups, especially those tricky overhead shots, then look no more ! It holds up to 33 pounds, so you know it’s strong, and I trust it completely with my DSLR.I am impressed me yet again, and I’m already looking forward to what they come out with next!
