Works perfectly for my purposes
I’m about to move into a tiny home and my 500+ cds will become a burden for space. I bought this tablet for the sole purpose of ripping all of my cds into Win Media Player. It performed admirably. I did have to purchase a Bluetooth mouse (a minimal expense) because my fingers were not reliable in navigating screen commands. I also opted to purchase a USB remote disc drive as a backup device. I would have liked a second USB port on the tablet, but that’s just a matter of convenience.In order to save money, this unit was services for resale. It performs as new with Windows 10 but, of course, it was without original packaging and it did not come with a user manual.A good value for the money.

Won’t work if you wsnt to download from streaming apps
This is all around a good tablet. Only issue, and it’s not the tablets fault. The streaming apps recently stopped supporting downloads to windows products. So if you wsnted to be able to use this to watch Netflix, max etc offline. This isn’t going to work for you. If you want a tablet for every other tablet function. This will work out great for you. Easy link to android devices

Worried at first
at first i was worried it was like 70 bucks off an it was in acceptable condition it said, when it came in, it was flawless, not a scratch on it, works amazing like brand new,, amazing buy

Two non-functioning units, poor customer support
Alright, so, I ordered one of these. Upon opening the box I was impressed with the condition of the tablet; no signs of wear, amazing screen condition, generally happy. I booted it up, set it up and all was well until the CPU fan turned on – an incessant grinding noise and eventually would jam up and shut down. I immediately contact the seller and inquired about replacement and reimbursement, 5 days later and still have not heard back from them. I am returning it to Amazon immediately.While I was waiting for a response from the seller, I needed a laptop/tablet for work. So I ordered another one from them and was hoping that the first was just a dud/fluke; this stuff happens after all. Same reaction on opening the package, the tablet was visually in great condition. However, this time, the unit came with a defunct battery that would not charge and would not power the laptop when not plugged in. I am not even attempting to contact the seller this time around due to the lack of their response on the first two attempts. Will not be buying from this seller again, and will just buy a new Surface Pro 3 new for an extra 150$; don’t waste your time here people.Pros:-Visually, the laptop is in great shape, no signs of wear or tear-When working, the laptops are great and very easy to use in both laptop and tablet mode. I will be buying a new unit rather than refurbished from a different sellerCons:-Two units arrived completely useless-Very poor customer support from seller-Refurbishing means apparently only the visual aspects and not the mechanical/electrical components

Solid Performance at a Great Price
The Microsoft Surface is a reliable tablet that offers impressive performance for everyday tasks. The Intel Core i5 processor ensures smooth operation, and the 4GB RAM is sufficient for multitasking. I couldn’t even find one minor flaw. It was spotless and 100% like new!
I was amazed to get this in only a couple of days. It was well-packaged and after unboxing it I was shocked at how good it was. I’m using it as a monitoring device for my Internet speeds using the testmy.net website. Using the free website with this tablet to test my speeds every 15 minutes which creates trending data that I can use to monitor my ISP. I keep it running 24/7 and can get amazing trending results. I was surprised by how fast this tablet is and how perfectly it works. It was SO worth the $100 bucks I spent for it.

Great at the time but…
Product solid. My only problem is windows is not allowing you to update this to Windows 11 so you’re gonna be stuck with the outdated 10 model after October not really worth buying anymore. Had I known that when I got it I would not have purchased it.

For an older model and a used older model at that it’s pretty fast I enjoy it. I generally use it only for drawing purposes tho.
