I wanted to hate the fact that I needed to get a new laptop during one of my breaks from school, but I love this laptop. I love how long the battery lasts. I love figuring out what this laptop does!I love the purple color too!

Great Everyday Laptop
bought the Microsoft Surface Laptop from Amazon, and the whole experience was excellent. Packaging was secure, shipping was fast, and the laptop arrived in perfect condition.So far, I’ve been using it for regular daily tasks like web browsing and productivity, and it performs flawlessly. I haven’t tested it with gaming or heavy workloads yet, but for everyday use it’s been reliable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the buying experience.

Great purchase!
After my daughter graduated high school and no longer had her school-issued Chromebook, this laptop was the perfect replacement! With the sale price offered, I was skeptical. I was wrong. It is so light and compact. It travels well, yet is durable. The violet color is really nice too. We have had it for a little over 4 months. My daughter has been using it at college to work on assignments, log into her college apps & websites and stream tv apps without any issues. The screen is bright and clear, the battery lasts for her and there have been no hiccups with the memory capacity while she uses many different functions. I am jealous that her laptop is better than mine!

I bought this product to use since I returned to school . I love the design on the computer it’s light weight and even though the measurement seems small the screen is the entire length of the top of the laptop so it is larger than you think ! The keys are so smooth and I have had zero problems when it comes to writing my papers for school ! Now I gave it a four because even though it is beautiful I have had one issue.It does not work with a tool my school uses which is called Kaltura so if you need this for school this computer is not compatible with this app.

DON’T BUY! Will not connect to printers.
This computer will not connect to any printer I’ve tried, including a network printer at my office. My tech support person made many calls to try and get it to work. I even bought a new printer to see if something with new tech would work. NOTHING. I frequently need to print marketing and client materials. I’ve had to go back to my old computer so that I can print. No issues with the old computer connecting to any printers. I wish I could return this computer as it is pretty much worthless to me now.

Nice laptop for the price. I wish the surface pen work with the model. Battery last a long time.I liked how thin and light weight it is. Boots up fast so you can right to work.

The Microsoft Surface Laptop 13 is perfect for what my uses are. Design and build quality is fantastic, it’s snappy and responsive. Keyboard is very comfortable. Screen provides good color and contrast but could use a bump in resolution and refresh rate.
