    Love this Refurbished Go2
Received the Go 2 w/ Win 11 Pro nine days ago. No marks or blemishes. Looks like new. Works great and is fast. I wish the battery lasted longer, but it’s acceptable. Came with a new power supply. I’d buy it again.

A good, fast tablet, Works very well.
I rolled the dice with a refurbished unit and SCORED. It works perfectly. I am very pleased with its speed loading the OS and its overall operation. So far it has been absolutely flawless. The video quality is excellent. The audio quality is quite satisfactory . I may avoid MS Officce 365. The idea of it becoming an annual fee for service suite is not appealing. But I am very pleased with this tablet. It is better than I expected.

Good tablet. Battery life nixes that 5th Star.
Clean tablet. Minimal amount of wear or scratches. With its age, battery life is not great and to be expected.Typically, I’d replace battery myself.Checking disassembly YouTube’s, the design is such that the battery is almost the last item out.Chance of damage to screen, shields, or other components is too great.Hard pass. 4 stars.

Worthless if OS is corrupted or not supported.
Tablet seemed fine, Windows 11 did not work. It seems that this tablet wasn’t supported by windows 11, or at least that’s the message I just received on the tablet. When tablet asked for input, the keyboard wouldn’t come up to input information. I am returning this item immediately, but it has to go to the third party seller and not to Amazon.

    OK, but not excellent condition
Just to give some credibility to my review; I’m a high level IT professional who’s worked in the industry for 20+ years. During that time, I’ve assembled/disassembled/repaired hundreds of machines, installed server racks, networking equipment, etc…so, I know my way around a computer. I purchased this machine to replace a new computer that my child accidentally destroyed on their second day of school. This machine is their punishment; LOL.I’m well aware that “renewed” or “refurbished” is subjective, but I wouldn’t call the machine I received in “Excellent” condition. There were some scratches / scuffs visible from more than 12″ away. The tape under the hinge was peeled and torn. No big deal on these two items as it’s just cosmetic. The real issue is the battery, which is running around 67% of original capacity (see attached screenshot) and is showing to have gone through 566 charging cycles. This means the battery is at the end-of-life phase, will most likely further degrade rather quickly and need to be replaced soon. The batteries are a bit of a pain to swap out on these, but doable. If you don’t know what you’re doing, it’s very easy to break the screen.I’m guessing this machine was slated for disposal/destruction from a school or company and the reseller is an ITAD type company which recycles / destroys these machines per whatever policies the original entities require. I think they literally pulled this out of the “trash” pile, re-installed Windows on it, and put it up for sale. And that’s it – it wasn’t cleaned or anything (sticky substance located on front and back….soda maybe?).One other item of note was that Window full drive encryption (BitLocker) & TPM were disabled – mostly likely to clear the encryption keys per the original school/company’s data retention and destruction policies. I had to go into the system BIOS to re-enable TPM and turn BitLocker back on. Not a big deal, but just something to be aware of.And that’s really it; my review can be summed up in one word: meh

Because it is Microsoft product, there are some limitations.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Was told for the money and what it will be used for, it was a good choice.
