Deadly on rats but look like toys.
They are strong enough to kill rats, are pet resistant but they look like TOYS., so I hesitate to deploy them outdoors. Easy to set and cheap enough to avoid reusing.

10/10
10/10 recommendVery easy to set !! No snapping your fingers in these. we have successfully caught 3 mice in our garage this far. It was recommended to use cotton balls instead of food to lure them.

Needs better materials.
Pros:Big enough for any small rodent you’d want to catch.Light trigger–brushing an Amazon envelope over the trigger was enough to set them off, so a medium sized mouse or larger should set them off without issue.Super-strong springAnd very, very easy to set up. Open the trap the whole way and it locks in place. The design is genius.Con:On the third time I tested it, the trap broke–the plastic hinge snapped, and there’s no way to repair it.

Bigger than I expected and I like that
It finally happened, the mice found there way into my backyard shed and I decided I’m going to address it with these.First thing I noticed after opening the box is these (while true to size) are somehow larger than I expected. The green color pops which is convenient because it makes them easier to see in the darker parts of my shed and at a glance I can tell if its open or closed.Operation is super simple you put the bait schmoo in the little cup, then you squeeze the back until it clicks and its set. The traps construction seems to be entirely out of plastic aside from the fairly strong metal spring.I’m trying to figure out what works as far as baits go, I set three and all three were triggered they stole the cheese (fail), ate the bird seed (fail), but the peanut butter is what got them (success) I guess maybe they were trying to really get in the cup. So uh yeah, I’m not squeamish but I mean it’s a dead rodent so I mean you gotta prepare yourself for that but its easy enough to carry it to the trash can squeeze it open and flick the corpse into the trash bin. Fortunately despite the spring being strong it doesn’t make a mess so reusing the trap is easy peasy.Bottom Line: If you need a spring trap that works and the price is right these are a good fit.

They Actually DID Build a BETTER MOUSETRAP!!!
Don’t you bet mice were scurrying around the caves of ancient Neanderthal people, just waiting for them to drop a bit of whatever they were eating?Personally, mice scare me, and don’t try to tell me the mouse is more afraid of me, blah, blah, blah. That scurry, scurry noise they make as they run paralyzes me! Any new way to get rid of them hits my happy spot! We live out in the country on acreage in northern Minnesota and the mice seek warmth when it gets cold. At the beginning of winter, I tell the mice to go live in any of the barns/sheds we have…just stay out of the house or my office. If they don’t, it is game on!These traps solve SO MANY issues for me.1) I don’t have to SEE the mouse to be terrified2) I don’t have to touch the mouse to skeeze out3) Earl the Cat gets to take a breakThe traps are big enough to catch bigger mice and their other vermin cousins! PLus, the heavier trap would be hard for them to drag away with them, so they are more humane. They seem very sturdy and tthe price is pretty good! They were easy for me to open and set-up, which I like, as I didn’t have to ask for help! Well-designed, as it does what it is supposed to! Works like it’s supposed. It is easy enough to open and get rid of each victim, though I admit, I toss them in a bucket and ask for help in that part! Then I run hot water over them…tah dah! Clean!Yes, these folks did actually BUILD a Better Mousetrap!

More for rats than mice
These are huge, almost twice the size of my usual snap traps…more like rat traps than mouse traps. They are cute with the cat motif, but they are very stiff and hard to press down and open. I like the ability to remove the bait cup so you can fill it without worrying about having the trap close on your hand. The trigger for the trap is a little high, so I don’t think the tiny mice I have will trip it, but we will see. I will definitely set them up where there is no way my animals can get to them. As hard as they are to open and set I assume their snap shut will be wicked and I am concerned that they will hurt them.

GOODBYE YUCKY OLD-FASHIONED MOUSETRAPS
4 good-sized cheerfully colorful mouse traps certainly make the whole process less mundane. Stainless Steel Spring for exceptional workability. Simple to fill and clean with the removable bait cup. Hard Durable plastic so you can rinse the traps off, hose them off or throw them in the dishwasher & you’ll be ready to set them again and again. Clearly a pesticide-free cost-effective alternative!

A Nice Pack of Mouse Traps
Something that everyone that lives out in rural America, like my husband and I do, mouse traps are always a huge plus. First, the set is kind of cute with the mischievous cat faces, plus, they are easier to set than most mouse traps, but watch those fingers. Also, pretty low-tech which can be good and appreciated during certain times in one’s life.
