Jewel of a Program
This Jewel Quest disk worked perfectly! It’s entertaining and the graphics are top notch. Some other reviewers were disappointed because it wouldn’t run on their Windows 10 computer, but I had zero problems getting the programs to load and run. This does run on a Windows 10 computer, but you must have the minimum hardware requirements that are listed. I like that the programs are all on one disk too. This was well worth the purchase price.

A Good Price for a Used Game
I have an Acer with a Windows 10 upgrade on it. Some of the games I already have, so I wasn’t too upset about adding those to my computer, but the others were a bit of a disappointment. I have been able to play “The Sapphire Dragon”, “The Seventh Gate” (I think), “The Oracle of UR (I think), and “Jewel Quest Solitaire III” (I think). Some of them I have not started playing, but they have started up and did not say there was an error and disappeared on me after my antivirus finished checking my computer. It wasn’t a bad bargain, but it could have been better. I guess I’ll just have to but the rest separately. And to make things even sadder, I tried to put them on my Mom’s Asus, also with the Windows 10 upgrade and the same antivirus, it did the same thing. Either it didn’t like the upgrades in the Windows, Active X, or the antivirus (PCmatic-which I will never get rid of because it works better than the others hands down).

Jewel Quest Crown Collection
As promised the Jewel Quest games in this collection are really great games – They were easy to load and fun to play. This CD alone could keep me playing non-stop for a very long time.

Ongoing fun
I had one Jewel Quest game that I downloaded and thought the quality of the game warranted buying this disc. I have had it a few years now, I had Windows10 when I installed the games and they have gone through all the updates and upgrades fine. For some reason, some games installed immediately and some did not, but over time, I would try again and eventually all 9 games installed.It should be noted that are 32bit, and sometimes, rarely, requires Task Manager to get out of on a 64bit computer, no ill effects. I have played them all, some are much more fun than others, some are hard core favorites that I have played through multiple times and still having fun naming myself fun names to play again. The JQ Heritage game is a complex family tree and once it is completed, the option to play any game on the family tree is given so favorites can be replayed as many times as desired. AND there is an ‘expert’ level option for the whole family tree. The first game gives little helps like extra time after a few tries, forget that with the expert mode! I might make it through that one in a few more years. Fun without limits!
