Profession gimbal with incredible features
I have wanted a camera gimbal stabilizer for quite some time. I have tried cheaper versions of selfie sticks with tracking but I was not happy with the quality. This gimbal has a much higher price point but the features and functionality make it worth the cost.The gimbal comes in a high quality padded case which keeps it safe and secure from damage during transport and storage. This is not a device that you want to throw in a bag and have it banged around.The first thing I recommend for those who are new to this product is to download the detailed manual from the website. The quick guide that comes with the product does not have the level of detail needed to learn all the features and functions of the gimbal.1. Many of the buttons serve multiple purposes depending on the number of presses so you will need to familiarize yourself with the distinctions between 1,2,3,4… presses to control various functions.2. The motors have an incredibly smooth operation and are very quiet. You will not hear it while recording videos.3. The gimbal has a built in extension pole and when used in conjunction with the tripod offers good extension. You can get shots above the crowd using the remote.4. The built in AI tracking works extremely well. I had a great time with family recording and the kids loved watching the camera following them around. I even got the hand gestures to work. You can switch the AI tracker around depending on whether or not you are using the rear camera or front facing camera.5. The AI tracker has a built in fill light. You can change the warmth and intensity of the white light or switch to RGB for color light.6. I had some issues trying to use the gimbal in portrait mode but I realized that I had not properly balanced the phone. If you hear the motors grinding or vibrating try to rebalance your phone.7. Bluetooth pairing is very easy and once connected the gimbal will automatically connect to the phone. You can then use the detachable remote to control the gimbal and phone.8. There are many settings on the remote that can be customized and it is worth playing around with the some of the available settings.9. The small screen on the remote comes in very handy when filming.10. You will need to use the app for certain features on the remote like zooming, auto focus, photo/video mode switching, flash, and some other advanced features.11. You can charge your phone or device using the USB-C to USB-C connector that is included.11. If you are having issues with drift or deviation there is an auto calibration feature that can correct it. I used it once after I was having an issue using portrait mode.There is so much more that you can explore and I think you will be happy using this gimbal for casual shoots or more advanced professional use.
