HR activity and sleep tracking are very accurate, gps slow but steady, touchscreen very responsive
    1. Gps takes a long time to connect. But once its connected it stays conected.2. App is not very detailed. For example doesn’t give amount of steps for an activity such as walking workout. Doesn’t break down active minutes for past days. Only weekly. But it is very easy to navigate and very intuitive.3. Graphs are glitchy. Shows a graph for resting heart rate wanted to see when my max heart rate for the day occurred. According to graph it happened a time in the future. Said around 11 pm sometime. when it wasn’t even 9 pm yet. Most History information is only in graphs. but you can’t click on them to get exact numbers or a daily breakdown for past days. UPDATE: after wearing watch for 24 hours this corrects itself.3. intesity minutes are garmins version of fitbits active minutes. But it seems to always be a real low number. I’ll get about 30 mins of intensity time on garmin. Fitbit will say 120 mins of active time. Not sure how they do things differently, its possible this is a better metric then fitbits.4. They show resting calories. Which can be a little confusing for those only use to seeing active calories burned.5. Steps are very accurate. gps distance, elevation very accurate. so is stairs counted. But flights have to be over 10 feet Garmin explains the calculation.6. Sleep tracking is the best i’ve seen on this. better then fitbit. Most other devices never know when you get up in the night or go back to sleep after a along wake. This device has no problems showing all awake times even if only for a copule minutes. show deep, light, rem, and wake times.7. touch screen is extremely responsive.only negative about this thing is it doesn’t have changeable straps. which is why i can’t give i 5 stars.

    I LOVE this watch!!
I absolutely LOVE this fitness watch!! I always check the sleep tracker, which shows a breakdown of the types of sleep, and have found it to be very accurate. It automatically tracks my daily steps and stairs (though sometimes it does fail to count my stairs). I have to start it specially for a hike or bike ride, and hate it when I forget to start it. What I love most is the tracking of those hikes or bike rides. When you get into the phone to look at the activity, it gives an amazing amount of detail including time, distance, and calories burned. Then you can get into another screen which breaks down details, including elevation gain, maximum & minimum heart rate, among many other items. But my absolute favorite is to click on the MAP on the first screen. Then when you hit the “layers” symbol, you can add SATELLITE to the map. This was especially amazing when we were in southern Utah this September, and we could see the satellite image overlaying the rides or hikes that we took!! The smartphone app also includes a calendar so you can go back to any day in the past and see what you did that day. I got this watch in mid December 2017 and I have records all the way back to when I first got the watch!! The keeper for the band broke early on, but I replaced it with a black O ring which has worked fine. I don’t know what will happen when the watch or band finally fails!

Mostly a great device and supporting app, with only minor issues.
I’ve been wearing the ViviSport a few weeks now, and it’s quite good. Long battery life of several days, waterproof, and seems to be pretty accurate for step count, and heart rate. Like all arm swing counters, remember to put it in your pocket if you are mowing, or pushing a shopping cart or baby carriage, because it won’t count the steps with your are stationary as you walk. I have had zero problems with it adding a bunch of steps while driving, which I read was a problem for some devices like the Fitbit Versa. Has a lot of features like notifications from your phone, move reminders…the usual fare these days. The only issues I’ve encountered are two occasions where it stopped being able to sync to the Garmin server until I re-paired with my phone. No biggie, except in both instances it chose the step count of the last sync, and replaced the more recent count on the watch. That’s not cool, because it removed several thousand steps in both cases. I sync to the Virgin Pulse App for Fitness credit through Aetna, so I got cheated out of a day of completion each time, because it was too late in the day to make up the steps. The night visibility is okay, but daytime visibility is excellent. It’s quite comfortable to wear all day and in bed, charges quickly and so far is reliable. My only regret is that there are no alternatives you can buy for the band. The reviewers that have torn their band must be a lot harder on equipment than I am. It seems pretty strong, and I even snagged once and it took a pretty strong pull with no damage. The mobile app makes the device very easy to set up, customize to one of the several faces, and choose what you do or do not want to track, as well as enable and disable features like phone notifications. It’s logically laid out, and easy to use. All in all, I’ve quite happy with the bang for the buck and expect it to serve my basic needs for a good while. I dinged it 1 star for the issues mentioned, but it’s still a really good choice for the casual fitness tracker user..

I didn’t want a full size watch face but wanted the features from the larger (more expensive) Garmin trackers. This was exactly what I was after, comfortable to wear and great battery life.

I am so happy for the choice i made to buy Vivosport. Its very compact and light to use. Fit and finish is at par with any other tracker. Its best for Amateur Runners and also for seasoned ones who wants to track whole day activity inputs. Its small but it has everything one needs for mapping his runs. Kudos to Garmin for such an innovative device. I would recommend it for every runner indeed! Now after using it for almost 1and a half year i can definitely say that its worth a buy for someone who is new to running. Its heart rate sensor is most accurate as compared to other watches. Though floors climbed and other minor things goes out of place but that should not matter much for someone who is more interested in health monitoring. Sleep pattern can also get weird on many occasions and you have to depend on your intuition to rectify how well have you slept. Overall if your main focus is on running, GPS accuracy, heart rate activity then this small gadget can do wonders!! Happy running to all
