I've worn this same kind of activity tracker for several years but they're getting harder to find. I was thrilled to find this!! I don't use it to its fullest extent and usually just for time and steps. It's easy to use and quality is good. It holds a charge well and I typically only charge it once a week. I don't shower with it on as I have had issues with previous Garmins getting wet. In my opinion, it's priced right and I don't think you can go wrong with this Garmin!
I bought a reconditioned device and am completely dissatisfied. It gives sleep data that doesn't remotely fit my sleep. It measures stress that doesn't remotely fit my energy level.
