My experience with product so far is one of satisfaction mainly.Pros :Well packagedVery neat & clean designGreat Quality ScreenCons :When I received the device and used it the first time. The screen went up but was not going back down.I tried calling their customer support but there was no answer after several times calling, even the next day. When given the option to leave a voicenote . The mailbox was full.Seems that their only form of contact is through email…..Eventually after sending the email about the issue. They responded after about 24 hours and the situation was sorted out.One of the control board wires became loose in transit causing the problem. Once it was reattached everything worked great.The company really needs to improve their customer service. Especially when it comes to answering calls. After spending $2700 on a product & you have an immediate issue out the box. You expect to be able to contact customer support & get some immediate assistance because as it was in my case, it was a very easy solution.Overall very satisfied so far. Hoping a few months down I won’t have any issues to deal with.

Excelente calidad en esta práctica pantalla, se monta en segundos. Lo use con un proyector de tiro largo sin problemas, no recomendable para usarse con proyectores de tiro ultra corto puesto que el mas mínimo flujo de aire en el cuarto donde se encuentra la pantalla hace que se mueva y la imagen se deforma grandemente. Si usas tiro largo o corto no tendrás problemas.

terrible product and lousy warrantyi bought a Elitescreens Kestrel Tab-Tension 3. terrible product. after only a few months screen came up crooked and broke the tension cord. never know when it goes up or down if it will be crooked or stop completely mid way thru going up or down….they offered to replace tension cord under warranty but then wanted $65.00 us for postage. they said they would repair screen under warranty but the postage would be in the hundreds of dollars. what good is that warranty. t would not recommend this product to any one.
