I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a one month now and overall, I’m very happy with the comfort and support. It’s medium firm, just as described, and the cooling copper gel really helps with temperature regulation — no overheating at night. The packaging was compact and easy to unpack, and the mattress expanded fully within a few hours.However, I’m giving it 4 stars because this item is non-returnable, which is a big risk for such a personal product. Luckily, I had the chance to try this exact model at a friend’s house before ordering, so I knew what to expect. If I hadn’t tested it in advance, I probably wouldn’t have bought it without the option to return.Bottom line: great quality and comfort, but make sure you’re confident in your choice before purchasing.
