AWESOME mount! Was so easy to set up, and the guide is a little funny too! The handles on this are CLUTCH for moving my OLED tv around without having to grab the sides of the tv and risk damage or even just smudging the tv with oils from fingers. Can’t go without this now!

Rock-solid full-motion mount — smooth to move and truly DIY-friendly
I mounted my TV using the ECHOGEAR XL Full Motion Wall Mount (for up to 90”) and it’s exactly what I hoped for: sturdy, smooth, and easy to adjust without feeling like the TV is “floating” on a flimsy arm. Once installed, it feels extremely secure and holds position well.The built-in handles are a great touch. I can pull the TV out, swivel it toward the kitchen, and tilt to reduce glare without putting fingerprints all over the screen. Movement is smooth, and it’s easy to fine-tune the angle after you get it where you want it.Installation was very DIY-friendly. The instructions were clear, the included hardware was organized, and I liked having multiple bolt options for different TVs. Leveling and centering were straightforward, and the mount design made it easier than other full-motion brackets I’ve used.This mount is a great match for larger TVs (and especially slim QLED/OLED sets) because it supports the weight confidently while still being easy to move.

Very sturdy, side-to-side centering limited
Worked great for very heavy 65” tv, but be aware that depending on stud location, tv’s vesa bracket, and how close you want tv to the wall, the side-to-side movement/alignment options may be limited (only 2-3 inches in my case). I couldn’t get my tv quite perfectly centered, but I was able to work around that and overall satisfied.

The wall mount is secure, I have no concerns of it failing. The handles do not function as described, certainly not with a 75” screen. The mounting guide and instruction pamphlet is informative as well as comical. My Samsung 75” is secure but the handles are useless on this larger size. The Samsung mounting screw holes limit the amount of choice in mounting the screen to the mount. I also purchased the mount for a Samsung Soundbar.I will have to go back and square the mounting to the wall a bit better. I used a level but still managed to not have enough adjustment available. Am I happy? Yes, mostly user install issues, this thing is HEAVY and not a one person install by any degree. I had a neighbor help me lift the screen to the wall mount.

Decent Mount – Unfriendly Support
I normally love Echogear TV mounts. Bought many in the past. However, this one was not their best.My Issues:1. Rubber grips – these are sliding off easily2. The handle hinge hits the back bracket so that the mount doesn’t fully sit back against the wall – my studs are not centered. So, the mount is off to the side at the max point. When you do this, the handles (hinge) that swing upwards and hide away actually touch. See pic.3. TV tilts when bringing TV in and out of wall – I had to tighten screw quite a bit. I’m worried I’m going to break it.4. Wall bracket has anchors only at the top – The bracket that goes on the wall has both of the 4 anchor bolts/holes at the top. Not 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom as most brackets would have. This makes the wall bracket flex a bit a makes a bit of noise when extending it from the wall. It clearly needs the bottom bolts to be further down on the bracket. See pic.5. Support – in the past, I got great support from Echogear. But, this time it was lack luster. I called regarding the anchor bolt placement, stud max width and the tilt issue. First person I talk to basically was just quoting the manual. Of course, after I mentioned what page on the instructions I was referencing. Even then, they didn’t understand. I could tell they were at home and distracted as well (remote “hardly working” worker). I decided to call back to get another person. The next person at least knew of the mount. But, not friendly and really didn’t care about helping. Dry tone and almost annoyed I called in. And, these were US support reps. Terrible.In general, the mount works. And, if you are not way off center for your studs, I think this mount works pretty good. The tilt issue is a bit minor and you can just adjust it when moving the TV around. The mount motion fells pretty good. And, the cable management was good for me.Technical Support for Echogear has gone downhill. So, if you are not handy and need technical support, not sure they can help. Shame because there great years ago when I called in. I would give this 5 stars if my TV was centered and didn’t hit the handles and the anchor bolts were better placed. I think that I’m at the extreme of the mount limits for placement. I’d say the mount is a 4 star. But, I subtracted a star for the support.

Easy to install. Did it by myself but don’t recommend it. 65 OLED can now swing to watch tv while I’m in the kitchen. Love the handles. I’m kinda lazy and just leave them down now
