I feel ripped off scammed.
I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The camera I received could not be registered with Canon because the serial number is not authorized for sale in the United States. That means no manufacturer warranty. I returned it the very next day, in perfect condition and original packaging, but now my return is showing as delayed. I feel completely scammed. The kit I received also had different parts than what’s included in legitimate U.S. versions, which I confirmed with my local camera store. I now have a large charge sitting on my credit card, accumulating interest while I wait for my refund. This was an expensive mistake—I will never buy camera equipment from Amazon again.

Unable to register camera with Cannon for warranty. I reached out to Cannon technical support for assistance and after confirming the first 4 digits of the serial number I was informed that the camera Amazon sent me was not indended for the USA market and is inelidgible for the ONE YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.

It’s a scam. They are providing black market item. You can’t register it on Canon USA. I came to know that very late
