Easy to use: 
Step 1. Plug
Plug the transmitter into a power source and connect it to your TV’s audio output port via included OPT or Aux or RCA cable.
Step 2. Power
Power on the transmitter and the headphones. They should automatically pair, the transmitter LED with solid blue.
Step 3. TV setting
Change your TV audio settings to “PCM / Stereo” in the TV setting menu.
Step 4. Play
Sit and enjoy your TV show.
How do I know if my headphones are charging?
After you put the headphones on the transmitter charging dock, the transmitter led light will turn red when charging, it will turn green when the charging completed.
Can I have audio from my TV speakers and this headphones at the same time?
It will depend on whether your TV supports simultaneous audio output at two devices. If it doesn’t, you can’t.
Do I need to pair my BTH02 headphones with the transmitter base?
No, they will pair and connect automatically after they are power on, the transmitter led light will turn solid blue after they are connected. When you take the headphones from transmitter charging dock, the headphones will turn on automatically.
Could I use my TV optical port and Aux port at the same time?
It will depend on whether your TV supports simultaneous audio output at two devices. If it doesn’t, you can’t.
Netflix / Amazon Prime No Sound in the Headphones
Some TVs require you to open the app (Netflix or Amazon Prime or YouTube TV) and do the setup when the movie is open in order to make it work. Open the app and play the movie first, then set your TV to PCM in setting menu.

I have just started to try to use it. I am having trouble getting sound to the earphones, it is probably my fault in not getting all wires where they need to go. I am 93 and my dexterity and equipment location don’t match too well. Eventually I’ll get the right hookup. Other than my personal problems the equipment seems very good and I believe it will eventually work out well..

In this case, cheaper is better
These are one of the cheapest headphones I bought so far, I tried the other ones, but this one is the best. Sound is Great, the charging base is the best then the others, it goes right on top with no adjusting trying to make it fit. The volume adjuster is the best, not a but button for louder or softer to press, it has the roller type volume simple to adjust your sound. Super lightweight, comfortable, easy to use, durability is great.

UPDATE 11/5/2023Besign sent a full replacement that arrived 10/30/2023. They replied to my email the next day after I contacted them. The unit came fully charged, and setup only took a few minutes. Customer service was very responsive. Here’s hoping these last more then a few months!UPDATE 10/25/23Came home from work today and my mom said the headphones weren’t working anymore. Noticed that the base lights weren’t turning on. The headphones themselves still had power, as they were trying to connect to the base and the LED light was pulsing, but the base itself was dead. Unplugged, replugged, tried a different power cord, power brick, and power outlet – nothing – the base is dead. I’ve reached out to them through email and the automated seller messaging system just now – I’ll update if/when they reply and what the resolution is.Original Review:Purchased this for my elderly mom as she is hard of hearing and either had to have her TV turned up all the way (so that the whole house could hear!) or needed to use headphones. We tried several bluetooth headphones with a small bluetooth receiver, but invariably they would drop connection, or she would pair them with other devices in the house, and she hated having to charge them with micro USB or other small chargers. This successfully took care of all issues – she can put these on and take them off by herself, she can charge them by simply placing them on the cradle, and, as they’re auto paired, she doesn’t have to mess with any pairing/unpairing/wrongly paired bluetooth issues. High recommended!
