Possibly a match made in heaven, with the right expectations
I got this to replace a malfunctioning Chromebook and this is just as good if not far superior. It’s awesome to find a combo tablet/laptop device like this and at this size that has Windows 11 rather than Android or anything that would make it basically a giant mobile device–it’s a real computer, and performs as such.Keep in mind that my primary use for this is basic web-browsing and watching videos, on the go or in bed, and it accomplishes that wonderfully. I basically run Firefox on it, a few tabs at a time, and occasionally the Discord desktop app. It’s so convenient to have access to my browser on this tablet.The kickstand is surprisingly good for what I expected. I do have a sort of lap desk/flat surface I use when its propped up in bed, but the kickstand is good and stable, it’s like a thin metal piece. I am also pleased by the keyboard that comes with the device. It pops in and out easily, and I’ve become accustomed to writing/typing on it, which I happen to do a lot of.Let me run you through the cons that anyone interested should be aware of:- The speaker/audio quality is pretty poor, which I was expecting. I often use headphones anyway. The quality is poor and I turn the volume up a good amount to hear things from the speakers, and the sound comes from a small speaker from the top corner of the device I think. I can, at least, hear things clearly enough, which was my goal.- The battery life is very modest. I think at most I could squeeze maybe 4 or 5 hours of use out of this thing. It’s fine for me, because I’m either at home or I’m only out using it for a couple hours.- It is a little hard to find accessories for this device. It would be great if AWOW came out with device cases, extra chargers, extra keyboards, etc. If I need a new keyboard, I’d love to be able to replace it easily. I did find a third-party case that wasn’t quite perfect for the device, and a screen protector that works well but was a little expensive.One last note to anyone who already bought one and is searching the reviews like I did: If you feel like your screen is getting scratched up, yes, it did come with a thin screen protector/piece of film/plastic stuck over it. I managed to eventually get it up using some pieces of Scotch tape, and then soon lay a new protective cover over it. 👍

Nice little W11 2-in-1 with a couple of quirks and one question
Well packaged and nice fit and finish. The box was well padded and inside another box so shipped very securely. The bootup was typical Windows 11, nothing special here. As noted, the laptop can get hot if running a long install, but after the install I setup a Kiosk mode and put it in low power mode so the case rarely gets warm.BUT, wish this had a USB-C power instead of unusual barrel connector, though alternative replacement power supplies are available. And a 2nd USB-C instead of USB 3.0 connector for peripherals would be welcome. The folding keyboard/cover and especially the trackpad on it seem really flimsy. When closed it is a pretty solid combination with keyboard protecting the screen.This laptop came with no screen protector and was in an unsealed pouch. But it had no fingerprints or scratches and no glitches, yet. So hope this wasn’t a refurbished sold as new. If I find evidence of resale of refurbished unit, this review will be downgraded.Every peripheral tried, especially Bluetooth worked just fine. Performance of the Intel N100 exceeded my expectations. So far the use case is in a small Kiosk for tasks that are only intermittently CPU, memory, SSD or network intensive.

SHEER DISAPPOINTMENT
I purchased this device because it came with an amazing array of bells and whistles and was a great price for everything included. I needed a 2-in-1 tablet/reading device with keyboard—converting it to a laptop with Windows 11 Pro for work, Bluetooth/WIFI enabled, with various different types of ports, a strong processor, and significant storage options. This device checked all the boxes for me. The extra $40 coupon that week sealed the deal.Unfortunately, this is where the good news begins and ends.After setting everything up and testing the device out for two days, I am returning it today for a full refund, due to the following 4 SERIOUS issues I encountered:1) The tablet overheats QUICKLY to EXTREME TEMPERATURES.2) The sound quality AND volume are DISMAL at best. Voices are unclear and even when at full volume, the volume quality is extremely LOW.3) The battery life is extremely POOR. I have never had a device where its battery drained as quickly as this device.4) The only way to charge this device is with an A/C adapter. Therefore, the portability option of this device—especially when traveling––makes it unreliable due to lack of charging options—as well as a FAST-DRAINING battery.I did contact customer support via email. They were extremely polite and prompt in responding to my question.For the money paid, I expected more. Very disappointed with this product.

Das Tablet ist für das Geld wirklich i.O. Man sollte hier keine Wunder erwarten. Die Anschlüsse sind mit Mini HDMI USB und Headset übersichtlich gestaltet hier hätte ein USB C nicht geschadet. Trotz allem ist das Tablet für kleinere Arbeiten perfekt, die Verarbeitung ist angesichts des Preises viel besser als erwartet. Für längere und ausführlichere Arbeiten bietet es sich an einen größeren Bildschirm anzuschließen aber über einen HDMI Adapter ist das Problemlos möglich. Denn das Display ist zwar weitestgehend i.O. aber nicht stand der Technik. Alles in allem Handelt es sich hier um ein Produkt was sein Geld mehr als Wert ist. Für ~300 ist der Preis fair. Und man bekommt das Microsoft Betriebssystem, somit lässt sich das Tablet als Laptopcomputer verwenden mit allen Vorteilen. Aber dies ist kein Gaming Laptop/Tablet.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Tablet. Ich habe es mir für meinen Nebenjob zugelegt, wo ich immer wieder zwischendurch mal etwas erledigen muss. Das Tablet ist schnell und funktioniert einwandfrei. Vorinstalliert war Windows 11.Ich habe es zu einem unschlagbar günstigen Preis erhalten – also einfach top und nur weiterzuempfehlen 👌🏻😊
