Perfect phone! Very New! I love it!
I got the 16 pro max in desert titanium 1TB. This phone came in with no scratches nothing, just perfect. It was at 100% battery capacity and had only 181 charge cycles. Even apple care until next year! This is amazing and my husband wants to upgrade his phone now by buying one of these.

This item arrived on time and it was exactly what i wanted. A newer Iphone with storage. No imperfections the battery has been cycled 200 times but everything works 100%. Yes this phone was unlocked able to switch out e sims no issues.

Fantastic experience for iPhone 16 pro max
I was very skeptical about a renewed iPhone ! Came brand new not 1 flaw , set up a breeze . Just need to take care of the number transfer. Looks fantastic. Battery life is 94 so far that’s great. Value awesome screen quality is pristine and unlocked as soon as I put my old phone close to it . Have not heard sound but if all this is outstanding then sound should be as well !!!!! Only had 14 battery cycles. Definitely a lottery on whether you get a low usage one or one with some more cycles on it but I lucked out!! No visible scratches or glitches. No overheating. Quick shipping. Could have more secure packaging but really can’t complain at all! Thoroughly impressed as hesitant as I was ordering my first refurbished phone but this phone works flawlessly and I plan on holding on to it for many years to come!!

Good Phone Overall, but Not Perfect
I’ve been using this phone for a few weeks, and overall it’s pretty good. The screen is bright and clear, the camera takes nice pictures, and the battery life is decent for daily use. It runs smoothly most of the time, but I did notice a bit of lag when switching between apps. The design looks nice and feels comfortable in the hand. For the price, it’s a solid choice — just don’t expect flagship-level performance.

In perfect condition!
This is my second time to buy here but I returned the 1st one since it has screen burn in it. I just bought the 256GB now and lucky now has Apple care ’till Oct 2026 and better battery health (96%) than the first one, it’s 512GB but yeah, there’s a problem in it and the batt health is just 91%, glad I returned it. Still no scratches on the screen nor cosmetic issues! Refund took almost 3 weeks.
