Got what the listing said, plus 100% battery health
Unlocked like it was listed, effortless to turn on eSIM and start using. Battery 100% health and lasts 2-3 days without charging. I was worried about receiving one with lower battery health or maybe a cheaper replacement battery but this phone has been working great these first couple weeks. One scratch on the screen that you could feel with your fingernail but overall great condition I’d say for a couple of generation’s old phone, back and sides flawless. First time ordering a used phone from Amazon but I’d do it again.

Great phone great price
Pretty much perfect. 100% battery. No scratches or blemishes at all. The only improvement I could have hoped for was to actually have the plug that the charging cord goes into included but it was easy enough to buy one separately. I am very, very happy with this purchase and thrilled that I was able to get a brand new iPhone for an around $400. I have already recommended the seller to other people who do not want to pay full price for an iPhone, but still want great quality.

Arrived almost fully charged and in beautiful condition! I am so happy with my purchase phone works great and the battery lasts all day! No scratches on the screen or back of phone and works with my phone company I just had to get an eSIM.

It’s a BRAND NEW phone
First off, I never write reviews, but after my recent experiences I thought this might help some others.Needed to replace an aging IPhone which was still working great, but a lot of apps needing newer IOS. So, not looking for the lastest/greatest, just a good update. Decided IPh 14+ was a good option.Here were my first 3 strikes :1) I purchased an “Excellent” OPEN BOX phone from Best Buy. It came in a box sealed with Geek Squad tape. When opened, the phone had tons of fingerprints all over it, front and back; not a great first impression. After going through the startup process I was greeted with a screen that informed me that the phone had remote management software installed on it. Basically unusable.2) I returned it and they replaced it with another “Excellent” OPEN BOX. Same thing – both phones had been previously owned by some company (now out of business) who had loaded remote management software on the phones. So… these are expensive, unusable bricks, and shame on BB/Geek Squad for selling these phones to the public.3) After that experience I decided to give Amazon a try and bought a phone supplied by WOOT, as I have had good experiences with other Woot purchases. The phone arrived in a beat up generic box with the inside packaging worse than the outside. On the positive side, the phone was cosmetically very good with no obvious scratches, etc. So, everything looked good until I checked the battery health. 81%. NOT GOOD. Yes, it meets the described spec of >80% for their “Excellent” condition, but will going to be into the Apple service condition in a couple of weeks. Returned to Amazon/Woot and waiting for refund.After reading a ton of reviews I decided to give it one more shot and get a “Premium” condition directly from Amazon.com. Most of the reviews of these phones were much better than all of the other vendors. They are definitely more expensive but come with a 365 day warranty vs 90 day and spec at >90% battery life. Phone arrived today. It was VERY nicely packaged in a SEALED shrink wrapped professional looking box. Opened the box and found a phone with what appeared to be the original Apple protective film still in place on the front and back. Battery was dead so after a quick charge I was able to check battery health…… 100% and 0 charge cycles. Basically this is a brand NEW, NEVER USED phone.I can’t say how impressed I was after three bad experiences. I saved a couple $hundred compared to BB or Apple and got a brand new phone ….. It’s all about the journey !!!

Out of the box it’s a pretty good phone! No blemishes on the cosmetics and set up my eSIM just fine. Battery is at 100 capacity though it does take a while to charge. It might just be my charging port or the wire itself, I’ll have to see. Anyways , feel brand new as if it wasn’t even refurbished! I just received the phone , but I’ll update the review in a few months just incase there’s anything else. Other than that, it’s a functioning phone! 🩷

Distorted front camera due to bump & minor scratches
I am extremely disappointed with this so-called “Premium Renewed” iPhone 14 Plus. This product is nowhere near premium, and the condition I received is completely unacceptable.The most alarming issue is a large, very noticeable bump at the top of the phone that distorts the front camera. This is not a minor cosmetic flaw—it’s obvious, distracting, and seriously impacts the look and usability of the device. A phone advertised as premium should never arrive with damage this severe.In addition, there are visible scratches along the front left side edges, which only adds to the feeling that this phone was poorly refurbished and not properly inspected. These flaws are immediately noticeable and completely contradict the “premium” label.The battery health was another major letdown. I specifically expected 100% battery health when paying extra for a premium renewed product, but it arrived at 95%. That may be acceptable for standard renewed devices, but it absolutely does not meet premium expectations.The packaging was also extremely poor and careless. It felt cheap and offered minimal protection. The phone only came with a charging cable and no power adapter, which was frustrating and disappointing. Every other premium renewed product I’ve purchased in the past included proper accessories, so this felt like blatant corner-cutting.Overall, this product feels misrepresented, carelessly refurbished, and not worth the premium price at all. If this is what qualifies as “Premium Renewed,” then the description is incredibly misleading. I would not recommend this to anyone expecting a high-quality, near-new device.

Was like new when I got it, I checked the repair notes in the phone settings and all that was done was that the glass back was replaced. Works like new and battery is 100%. Good option to save some money given the 1 year warrantee. Will definitely keep buying my phones this way.

it was like brand new. if it was in an apple box, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference from a brand new one. I have been using it for a couple of months now, no issues, and battery health was at 98 when I got it.

Bought for my mom to replace her iPhone 8 plus. I purchased the “premium” variant and honestly, besides the box it came in i would not have been able to tell the difference between this phone, and one shipped straight from Apple. The premium version came with 100% battery health and an absolutely pristine exterior. My mom loves it, definitely a good product.
